The ocean Over priced... I asked for oceanfront... When I checked in it had to be an upgrade for MORE money. I live 4 minutes from the resort and wanted to spend the Mother's Day weekend with my daughter and it was disappointing. I won't go there anymore. The food quality has gone downhill and absolutely nothing special for locals or for Mother's Day.

Happy efficient staff everywhere, relaxing friendly atmosphere, good food nothing was a problem. Situated directly on Daytona beach shore for long beach walks in the morning sun. You have to remember the extra taxes that are added to your quoted room rates and minimum 20% tips required onto all services

The customer service was so bad it left a bad taste in our mouth. Our first stay was so enjoyable that we booked again. But because of our recent experience we will not be returning. Staff was forget and unapologetic.

I liked the hot tub outside and the beach. The view from our balcony was also very nice there were alot of "extra" fees once we checked out of the hotel that we were not told of up front (although I'm sure it was in the fine print). The Tiki bar was not open during the days we were there.

I really liked the outdoor fire pits. When I asked for a cup of coffee downstairs, the person behind the bar seemed as though it was an imposition. Also, the cold water knob in the restroom came off in the middle of the night. I was able to get it back on, but it was a little stressful. The room was pretty, but seemed "unfresh".

I liked the location. And I liked the bell men. The room service and the so-called world class restaurant downstairs was not attentive at all. After waiting over an hour for our meal it poorly cooked, and bsd presentation. We asked to have our food brought op to back to our rooms as it was late and were frustrated with the lack of service, and the waiter actually came back out with silverware and our dishes covered, handed them to us, and the bill. I have ordered plenty of room service in my travels, but this is the first time I have brought not own room service to my own room. I had 2 Ocean front 1 king suite and the other oceanfront double Queen. I paid up front for both rooms and didn't have any problem handing over $ 5,000 dollars for 5 night stay. However the cleaning didn't even vacuum the room. They simply changed out the towels 1 day out of the entire 5 day stay. Now I have honestly never written a review about any resort or hotel I have stayed with, and I have traveled quite extensively. However for the price you are expected to pay, I expected to receive 4 Star service, I would have accepted 3 star service, but because of the poor staff from the cleaning staff, to the room service chef who so kindly asks for you to leave your name, room number, and what you would like to order and he will promptly call back to confirm. But did I receive a call back, but I didn't receive food either. The next day, I gave them another chance and ordered a simple burger with lettuce' tomato,and onion. They bring it to my room for lunch and no french fries!!!! How can a 4**** hotel that after all the resort fees etc.. is a $ 500 dollar a night hotel have such poor staff at the most needed amenities ( room cleaning, and your food ). So I hope this is the first and last time I will ever have to write about any place I have visited.

The staff was amazing! I had bought a bottle of wine and didn't have wine glasses. On my way to go visit some of the beach I told the staff and they took two glasses up and put them up in my room! The accommodations were very plush to me and the view from our room had both the skyline and the beach! Can't wait to come back! Nothing bad to say!

It was clean. It was overpriced and they stuck fees in on ridiculous things. For example, they charge a $15 fee to cover a complimentary s'mores kit. There is also a $10 fee for parking. That fee is not posted anywhere and the lot is acros the street and one must walk a great distance from that lot to get to the hotel.

It was a nice lobby and location The room and netting on the bed were very dirty and smelled. The poster bed posts were bleeding from improper finish Room was ok. Windows were broken and not working. And many fights through the night.

no hot water 9th floor 2nd day early need eggs to order at buffett staff was truly great to include the auxilary stores front dest and shuttle made or stay {might want to teach drivers to take A corner A little better}. enjoyed the food tremoundously pool and spa was great [the spa we use as A drop zone for the captains initiation to airborne personel good job people

The staff was absolutely amazing. They were extremely accommodating and genui nely nice people. The resort grounds are absolutely spectacular. Not a massive space, but jammed with all the luxuries and activities you need and then some! Love that you don't havr to pay for parking and that's included in the resort fee. Loved the rooms, the fire pits, the resturaunt and the beach tiki bar. I stay in tons of hotels and this was literally one if the very best ever. No complaints, I had s wonderful time.

The pool deck is really nice. Access to the beach was really good. The location is far enough from the busy area of the beach but was close enough to travel too. Staff was nice. The rooms were nice but not as nice as I expected. They looked like they tried to paint and update the halls and rooms but it still wasnt up to a four star hotel. I purchased the room on a hotel website. Price was quoted at 360. It really cost me 440.00 in fees. Rip off. They also had stuff for kids, face painting and marsh mellows etc. They charge quite a bit for the extra'S. Too much.

Waterfront Resort with lots of extras that make your stay lots of fun. In the evenings they have fire pits going by the pool area surrounded by Adirondack chairs which are very nice. Free self-parking across the street. The hotel is a short ride away from the hustle and bustle of Daytona Beach as well as International Speedway but in a nicer and quieter area which is Daytona Beach Shores. The staff is very nice and always ready to assist.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff was very kind to find a joining suite for my family and in-laws. We were not sure about the location of the rooms(first floor a lanai instead of a balcony) but it turned out Great!!! They knew what they were doing!! My children loved being so close to the kid pool and fountain!! Wonderful stay and delicious food at the restaurant!!

I loved the location on the beach. For a family it was farther down from where the partying takes place and it was very convenient to be at the pool or on the beach. I loved the comfort and spaciousness of the room. It was so relaxing and comfortable; staff were all pleasant as well.

it was convenient to the wedding that I was attending. A bit more, attention to detail. For instance, I was having lunch at the outside restaurant. I was looking up and noticed the fans were dirty. That was a turn off. I know it's not easy to paint that quickly but you can wipe the fans down weekly. A small item but it did get my attention. overall, I was happy.
