Elegant, classy and well maintained
Valet parking could have been better - was very slow at times
A great experience. The room was comfortable, nice, and clean. The staff was friendly and provided great service. We look forward to staying again on our next visit.
Loved the beds - super comfortable. Loved the huge jacuzzi with jets (great for couples) and loved the balcony - had a great view.
We had a problem checking in - our booking did not show up and we waited in the lobby for an hour and a half. The manager gave us $50 in credits for our trouble but it was very frustrating to say the least after a nine hour drive. The manager was helpful yet one of the staffers was messing up big time. After the entire wait, she wrote the wrong room number down and sent us up to the 29th floor. She was truly unhelpful from the start and for this reason, we brought down the rating for the hotel. They also tried to charge us $100 more than what booking.com had charged us and tried to blame them that they charged us wrong. They fixed the problem, but it was another battle before finally settling down and relaxing in our rooms...
Myself, because I enjoyed myself too much.
I loved everything from the moment I arrived, top service , excellent care, this was the blast vacation I ever had , I truly never wanted to do anything else but just hang out at my hotel , this hotel had everything I needed
Things are expensive in Vegas but you get quality and luxury here. Balcony which is an evening sun trap, easy to walk through planet hollywood and mag mile shops to the strip. Starbucks on site and use of MGM grand facilities
Cost of drinks- but it's Vegas and we knew that
balcony was amazing - corner suite - amenities - room service - the entire place was exquisite! Beyond our expectations.
The only "bad" experience was that if you want food, casino, etc. you have to walk to the MGM, which is quite a long walk - it's attached, yes, but even with the moving sidewalks it is a ways to get there. Make sure to call ahead for room to be ready - we had to walk back 3 times before we could actually check in.
Room and bathroom was massive :)
Airport noise however it didn't keep us awake
I really liked that it wasn't right on the strip. The room was well furnished. The bathroom was wonderful.
Stay was great and hotel is very well organized. Will definitely consider staying at this hotel again next trip. Overall great experience and staff was great
The room was spacious and comfortable. The proximity to the MGM Grand and the monorail was great. We would definitely return to this property.
We did not like that the shampoo and other toiletries were not replaced after they were used. There was also a scarcity of towels. We also found that our room was never cleaned one day. A phone call to housekeeping rectified this.
it would have been more convenient to have a coffee and café located in our tower.
There at no facilities. We stayed in tower two and its just a tower of rooms. There is no restaurant, the pool was shut, there is no bar and the nearest of these facilities is at least ten minutes walk at a brisk pace. And what's with the continuous pop music piped everywhere you go?
View from 21st floor was awesome! Beautiful hotel.
The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The room is nice.
Excellent room. Very comfortable bed. Close to the Strip.
We loved the quiet location, beautiful non-smoking rooms, no casino in this hotel, blender and accessories in the kitchen, great gym and pool, friendly staff.
love this hotel will come back again
Jacuzzi in bath.close to strip.big room with fantastic view.fill up the fridge with locally bought wine.save a fortune.request tower 1 when booking to be closer to MGM.
Make sure you have a credit card on check in with a minimum of $300.i only had cash and had a big problem.nearly couldnt stay without credit card.they need it for security on damages and spending whilst on stay.very embarrassing on arrival.got sorted in the end by paying in full and leaving $100
Nice size room. Nice view and pretty close to the strip. Walking distance. You can walk through the halls inside to get to the MGM hotel easily. The kitchenette was perfect for a weekend stay to have a meal or breakfast in the room.
The couch and tub were a bit dirty
Beautiful large suite. Most helpful staff. Spa tub! Closeness to the action.
The only thing I didn't like was having to leave to come home!!
Comfortable suite Large bathroom, good kitchenette Location to MGM Grand and Strip Deli, gym, pool, lounge bar Pleasant and friendly staff
Nothing to report here
Was on floor 32 and wifi was really slow
A great hotel as stopped there before close to the strip but without the noise Great rooms
Didnt bring up luggage as requested and there was no Cutlery in the kitchen when we phoned down when we arrived they said they would bring it up straight away ,after we returned 5 hours later still no cutlery
We were welcomed by the most pleasant and helpful receptionist. There were no lines to check in, we walked in and were immediately helped. The way MGM Signature towers are divided allows for faster valet, no crowds in the lobby, and individualized attention. We stayed in a 1 bedroom which was AMAZING! It had 2 full bathroom, a very modernized fully furnished kitchen- refrig, micro, dishwasher, and even a blender. The master bath had jet tub, huge dressing area with make-up table. Bedroom was huge! Living area was also very nice and the coolest thing was the TV shelving center- it had lighted cabinets on both sides to hang clothes and was a very intuitive storage space. This was in addition to 2 full closets in the bedroom! Honestly, 4 people could almost live here comfortably!
The only disappointment was the fold-out sofa. With all the attention to detail and first class accommodation, I couldn't understand why there was a dingy, worn sofa. As this was a suite, we were counting on this as a second bed. I know fold- outs aren't the most comfortable but this was un-usable. But even if not used as a bed it looked like it came from a thrift store and I avoided it :) Easy fix though, hope they respond to reviews.
