ванная комната выше всяких похвал. отличная кухонная мебель и принадлежности безобразная работа интернета !!!!! три раза вызывали мастера по настройке. все время сбивалось и неработало. достало !!! видимо будем искать другой отель, хотя все остальное отлично !

One of the housekeeping ladies were very helpful and her name was Marlene. She immediately fulfilled our requests and was very humble. One of the check-in counter staff was so rude. Her name was Marisol and she was very unhelpful and insulting. Even before I got to her counter to check in I saw her glance at my daughter and she looked disgusted like my daughter was hard to look at. I thought it was a mistake but as I talked to her more she was very horrible and rude to me also. I asked her about something and she answered by saying she couldnt understand what I was saying and she looked really mad when she said it too. I was getting really mad but I kept it in but she did something else again that insulted me and I got so frustrated and stormed away. My daughter was standing behind and she told me that after I stormed away she saw that lady staring after me like I was crazy. My daughter also said that this lady was very mean, horrible, uninviting, rude, and uneducated. I mean, how can you expect this hotel to be a 4 star if they hire these kind of rude people.

We had a spacious one bedroom suit with large sitting room with dining area, large bedroom, a balcony, two full bathrooms (one with jacuzzi) and full kitchen with all the amenities for a price you would get a standard room in other good Vegas hotels. The suit was very nice and it was very comfortable to stay in and would be happy to stay there for a prolonged stays. I think it was good value for money. Also I saw some other reviews mentioning the location is off the strip but that actually was not a problem in my view. The walk to MGM grand in an air conditioned tunnel is only 5 mins and you don't even have to walk as they have moving pathways there. Also, a drive to the very center of the Strip (Bellagio area) from the hotel was only about 5 dollars if you didn't have a car and didn't want to walk either. The check in was stated to be at 3 pm but although we showed up in the hotel at 3:30 pm we were told there were no cleaned up rooms available yet and we will need to wait for about two hours. We were obviously not happy about that, particularly that we paid the full price and were hoping to start our stay from 3 pm and the two hour delay made an impact on our plans for the rest of the day. We were not offered any promotion/discounts or anything complimentary to compensate for that delay.

Our room was amazing. Huge and very comfortable king size bed, nice big two person spa bath, double basins in the bathroom. The pool area is also great - they offer free pool side towels, and there's a bar right there if you want to order drinks. The water is clear and blue and the perfect temperature. The walk to the Signature, especially Tower 3 where we were staying, was at least a 10 minute walk from the MGM Grand, and add another 10 minutes on to that if you're coming in off the Strip. This took us by surprise the first night. Once we knew what to expect, it was ok - but be prepared. When you're exhausted from a long day and night, it's extra time before you can hit the bed.

The room was a studio apartment and was really well appointed and very roomy. The staff were generally unhelpful and grumpy. Access to pools, gym and wifi is added to the bill as a resort charge, which along with the added taxes makes the actual room price more expensive than it appears in the headline price. No proper business centre and access to the internet computer is charged by the minute! The concierge was unhelpful, had little local knowledge (E.G. public transport options) and would only book events/activities with mgm preferred partners. We were in tower three, which was furthest from main mgm facilities and had limited front desk coverage or facilities.

Quality of rooms was excellent, service from staff also excellent. A good quiet location in an otherwise crazy Las Vegas, yet close to the Strip and all the action. I really resent having to pay an extra resort fee for any hotel. There are hotels in Vegas that do not charge this. It covers internet and pools etc, but really ought tobe included in their upfront price.

The Signature is perfect for people who want a luxury hotel in Vegas without the noise and bustle of a casino! the suites are excellent and well appointed, with many luxury touches. The staff are friendly and attentive and whole place has a calm ambience- a perfect antidote to the madness of the strip! having said that, the walkway through toe the MGM Grand means you are close enough to accessing a large resort hotel. It is a 10/15 minute walk up to the Strip, so not ideal if you want to be right in the centre of things!

The rooms are all amazing, beautifully appointed and the kitchenette is well thought out and stocked. The staff are very polite & helpful, especially the doormen. This time we stayed in Tower 1 and were on 20th floor overlooking the Grand Pool (Wet Republic), at mgm. Whist appreciating that this is a 'fun' area of the hotel, didn't see the need for the loud base noise from the poolside music at 7.45am - especially as there didn't appear to be any guests by the pool at that time.

when I checked out in the morning. the frond desk staff gave me the receipt that charged me extra about the resort fee and plus tax ($22.40), which I did not get notice when I checked in. I have never got charged by this resort fees. And I called them regard this issue, they said this include the bottle of water and facility of the hotel, which is ridiculous. all the hotels I have been to, they would never charge a bottle of water in rooms. dont rocommember this hotel.

Great Hotel, had a wonderful time, great buzz loved every minute of it. Would stay at this hotel again and would recommend it as a great location, great facilities, friendly staff and very clean.

Although we had just a short stay, we had an excellent time in the hotel. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, gave lot of good advise and help regarding directions. The best surprise in the hotel was that we were on the 30th floor having the city under our feet and an excellent view, and the jacuzzi in the bathroom. Will definetly come back!

Spacious rooms, nice decoration, excellent staff We stayed at the third tower which is a bit far from the main street especially with suc a warm weather we could not walk and had to take a taxi

Room was clean and was not part of a casino. Hotel staffs were unfriendly and unhelpful. We arrived at 4am (supposed to at 9pm but with flight delays, we were very very tired), the room they send us to was not ready. Booking was done with a wrong name and they did not even let us in the room until after a long long conversation with the manager. We booked two rooms, it was not connected. We also had to move the room the next day. I am not sure if all it was due to hotel's or booking.com's mistakes.. But after a long flight delay.. This was not what a person has to deal with... Was extremely unhappy but after all this, it's a hotel room and it was clean.

Spacious room and excellent facilities A couple of minor comments-i enquired about a late check-out and was told that I would have to wait until the day that it was required to see whether it was possible. The other matter was that I requested a cake for my partner's 50th birthday and was told that it wasnt posssibel as 48 hours notice was required which wasn't what I had been advised by another staff member-needless to say there was no birthday cake made and I was surprised that the staff didn't go "the extra mile" to source one from elsewhere which was surprising given the high quality of service by the staff in general

This is an excellent hotel to stay at in vegas. The rooms are pure luxury. Make sure you book with a balcony. Resort fee was added on to the bill at the end, could be informed of this up front $20 a day. A long walk to the strip and to the main MGM grand area.

The minute you arrive ,you feel welcome ...the staff are very polite.the rooms were awesome...the sunrise was to die for...i was in a penthouse and will stay there again...very clean and comfortable...

Rooms were very very big and excellent just like all other stuff in the hotel. You have to go to mgm grand's casino because signature does not have its own, but it is very easy to get there by using the tunnel between two hotels

Great staff - the security guard at the gate came out to give me a bottle of water after I got back from a run! Terrific value for the money - room was large, clean & luxurious. The elevators were even awesome (came quickly - never had to wait more than 15 seconds!) One negative - the hotel pool (Tower 2) was closed "for the season,", and the one pool available (Tower 3) closed at 4 pm (what the ????) but otherwise, had a great stay.

The locations was great for the Strip and the monorail was a very short walk. I particularly liked the fact that the hotel lobby was quiet and composed compared to the confusing bustle in so many of the other hotels where reception was part of the casino area. The hotel staff were excellent. The hotel was not far from the airport but be careful not to be ripped off by greedy taxi drivers. The one who took us from the airport took us on a long tour and we paid double, if you get the option of the 'quick' freeway route don't take it as it costs more.

“В отеле понравилось все. Персонал очень внимательный, готов помочь в любом вопросе. Номера отличные. только обязательно бронируйте номер выше 30 этажа с видом на Лас Вегас Стрип. В отеле всего 55 этажей. Мы жили в двух - комнатном номере, размер номера впечатляет))) Вид из окон был на фонтаны Белладжио. В номере полностью оборудованная кухня, со всеми столовыми приборами.
