The Signature at MGM  

Rooms were large, comfortable and modern. Bath robes. Quality shampoo, body wash etc.

The resort fee included two free bottles of water a day however you had to go down to the valet to collect rather than the bottles being delivered daily to your room - a real pain in the backside. Although rooms were very spacious our one room 5-816 did not have great wardrobe space particularly for long items - such as long dresses. There were no door hooks for the bath robes - which meant you had nowhere to hang these up.

I like that it's non-smoking and non-casino. Very warm and personable professional staff.

Was very quiet last trip. Not this time. Very noisy drunken partiers on our floor. Took quite a while for security to silence it when we phoned at 4 am.

Lots of space, nice bathroom and good kitchen facilities.

The staff in the lobby, they do not interface with the valet parking or the porters. Despite having room telephones with buttons for each service they are routed through the front desk and fail to communicate with one another.

Huge room with great facilities in the MGM Grand- only a 5min walk

Ok, The Signature @ mgm is more luxure & quiet than the mgm itself : the rooms are comfortable and the bathroom has a jacuzzi bath tub + shower

First, the WiFi is painfully slow ( not enough bandwith), unacceptable for a business hotel. Secondly, the distance to the strip is indeed annoying after a while, the hotel should forsee a kind of shuttle service. Last, I had the impression the staff only works because they have to, not with a lot of enthousiasm. An example: they chase you out of the pool area at 4 o clock even when there's sunshine until 6. Disappointing ...

The minute you arrive ,you feel welcome ...the staff are very polite.the rooms were awesome...the sunrise was to die for...i was in a penthouse and will stay there again...very clean and comfortable...

Great staff - the security guard at the gate came out to give me a bottle of water after I got back from a run! Terrific value for the money - room was large, clean & luxurious. The elevators were even awesome (came quickly - never had to wait more than 15 seconds!) One negative - the hotel pool (Tower 2) was closed "for the season,", and the one pool available (Tower 3) closed at 4 pm (what the ????) but otherwise, had a great stay.

Quiet and completely isolated from Vegas feel yet connected via tunnel to MGM & Strip

Workout room could use upgrade bikes.......but most importantly it needs bigger water cups.....pretty small thing to point out but sometimes those little details can let you down

The price is value for money, room is big with two shower rooms, housekeeping help me to extend sofa bed.

Actually I didn't know it locates a little bit remote from main strip blvd, which made me discouraged to walk out during evening.
