Friendly staff, close to MIA airport

We could not locate courtesy phone for shuttle. We had to wait quite a while for shuttle to hotel.

Nice friendly staff, rooms were clean and served the purpose. Well situated and easy to reach from airport due to (24/7) free airport shuttle also to be used to pick up and return rental car.

The hotel is very close to the airport and easy to find, at least using a GPS device. It has a large (free) parking lot space, so I didn't having any problems with finding a spot. The hotel facilities looked fairly clean for me, including the room. I have nothing to complain about the staff, since I needed them only for check-in/out. I can't say it is a cheap hotel, but it is definitely below the average price I have seen by searching for equivalent ones. In my opinion it was worth the price.

The breakfast was a really poor experience. There were just a few tables given the size of the hotel, so we had to wait a while to seat down, and food was just bad for my taste. Maybe this is just because breakfast in Brazil is totally different, so this could be irrelevant. Although I found the hotel visibly clean, it had a strong cigar smoke smell in some places, enough to bother one with any sort of respiratory problems.

Good location. Prompt shuttle service from airport. Arranged shuttle to Port of Miami with an independent service at very reasonable charge.

On arrival front desk clerk not welcoming. Maybe he was having a bad day.

This is a great location with extremely helpful staff, from the prompt van pickup to the front desk staff. A great , convenient place to stay, especially if only an overnight is needed before continuing on at the airport. i would definitely stay here again.
