It was quiet and in a great location
The tv and the closet was broke and the people who worked there was always too busy to handle the situation quickly there was no ice bucket and the continental breakfast should have been labeled a race because every was empty by 8 am and breakfast was advertised 7am to 9 am
The beds were like jello would jiggle at the slightest movement. the pillows were very small and flat. My king bed had 3 12x12 pillows that were 2 inches thick. The breakfast some cereal, old fruit and coffee was put up before 9 am. Coffee was gone lone before that. I asked to speak to a manager and was told I wasnt allowed to have the number. Its not a super 8 anymore its just a privately owned place now. The worst nights stay of my life.
The location close to the freeway was good
The rate charged was higher than advertised. Converting hotel to a Red Roof Inn. No breakfast to speak of. The room smelled like smoke for a non-smoking room. The bed was not comfortable. The bathroom had no shampoo or conditioner. Staff not friendly

We went through 3 rooms after 12 hours driving, each one was disappointing & had serious problems. The young man clerk tried to accommodate us, but limited with the condition that maintenance & housekeeping had failed to care for. We would never stay at any of these motels again, nor could we recommend them. I would recommend the owners visit this property to see it firsthand. The city & board of health would close it !!!
1-this motel is no longer a super 8 2-motel check in clerk who serviced us, would do well to take some customer service training. 3-new management appears to be working to get this motel back up to speed. 4-would recommend a full overhaul of each room, starting with the ironing board covers, mattresses, bedspreads and covers. blanket over top sheet looked like army surplus blankets. 5-pool area needs better ventilation, less chlorine. sauna should not be advertise, since it appears to be permanently close from use. 6-breakfast could use some more options.

Dark parking lot and exterior. Common area/hallway smelled strongly of smoke. Bed had a lot of different hairs on it when we arrived. Did not feel clean.
I liked the location and I thought the price was reasonable for what we thought we were getting.
We stayed in a suite with a jacuzzi which we thought would be very nice for an anniversay weekend. The heat was not turned on at all when we arrived at our room. It was freezing in there. Thank God we checked in before we went out for dinner so the room had time to heat up before we returned for the night. The jacuzzi jets did not work. We had to ask for extra towels - we were only given one set and even then the towels were very small and thin. The bedspread was ripped and the bed did not have a mattress pad - just a flat sheet for the bottom and that didn't stay on. One of the TV's as on the fritz. We were very disappointed and will go back to Comfort Inn next time. Not sure why it was rating so high on this website. Maybe the regular rooms were better...
Not only did they not honor our booking of the king jacuzzi suite they tried to pawn us off with a double room at the same price. FYI they do not even have king rooms and the jacuzzi is out of order. The man at the counter KNEW what our booking was and knowingly took our money and downgraded the room without our knowledge. It took a week for us to be refunded.
Good price, clean, breakfast included, Wifi worked well
We didn't get the king bed we ask for. They had to change the fridge. They had to change the remote control three times. Room 111 air did not work. I almost fell out of the tub. I want free three nights for all that went wrong or I will call BBB

The room upgrade since the hotel was over booked. The manager was nice and helpful when I arrived. Breakfast was nice with variety.
Hot water stop working. No clean towels at the front desk. Ironing board was broke. Front desk didnt help when I called about turning on the fire place. Floor hadn't been swept.
