Help with getting info on places of interest
Very hospitable staff and interesting place to stay.
Comfortable room, friendly staff, Interior decoration and beautiful collection of arts.
The coffee maker was dirty and couldn't get it replaced after staff went home.
Clean room and bath room.
Noise from up stairs guest, loud TV, Kids running around late at night, TV not working in room. Worn or old towels.
We had a wonderful experience at the Snuggle Inn. It has a character and a welcoming feeling that the chain hotels don't have. The owner lives on site and took care of every need. Knowing the surrounding area well, he suggested beautiful places to visit and fun things to do. We felt we were part of his family. We will stay there again.
Beautiful and spacious lobby with sweeping staircase. Quality artwork. Lots of information on the surrounding area.
Shared balcony. Too many flies. Room smelled strongly of Fabreeze. Long climb with luggage to second floor.
The hotel was extremely comfortable and the owner was a wonderful gentleman. He advised us of some fantastic local trips to see views. He also encouraged us to look around the whole hotel, to see his artwork. A modern building but once inside it felt traditional, with an amazing staircase!
No food available but we were told of the 'Country Kitchen' a couple of blocks away which was excellent- good reasonably priced food with very friendly staff.
The owner, Mr. Martin, has a large collection of western art and period furniture on display throughout the large entranceway, in the hallways, and in the rooms. He encourages his guests to peruse his collection. The hotel building itself and the exterior décor are obviously a labour of love with considerable attention to detailing. A delightful location and memorable stay.
Not really a "didn't like", but merely a cautionary comment. The construction of curbing in this part of USA where flash flooding has to be dealt with creates unusually deep "gutters". I chose to enter the site at a shallow angle in our Toyota Corolla and had no problem, but if I had a very low clearance vehicle I would be very careful. By no means is that unique to this site, since I followed the same procedure when pulling into several gas stations and parking lots throughout the "four corners" states.
they did a good job registering us even though their internet service was not working
Old and tired
The Inn is clean and all rooms are nicely decorated. The doors and walls are really thick so noise is not a factor. We have stayed many times as this location works for our annual family reunion in Fremont, UT. When our group is too large to stay with local family, Snuggle Inn is the default.
Clean, comfortable and quiet when you need it. Will definately stay there again when in the area.
The tv was small and probably 20 years old. I use a CPAP and had a difficult time finding a convenient power source
lobby artwork; friendly staff
View of the dumpster; threadbare linens and towels;
Service and atmosphere was great. We instantly felt like family.
The hotel was everything we hoped it would-be.
The decor- felt very wild west! The owner took very good care of us, even if we never actually saw him. It was a real find staying here.
Wi-fi kept cutting out
Beautiful place, art, perfect lodgings.
I did not like the fact that Booking.com did not inform them of our reservation. No email, no phone, nothing. Not acceptable.
Really nice place love the town took care of our big family
It was like a bed and breakfast without the breakfast. More "homey" than a regular hotel. The owner was very nice and helpful.
There was not a hair dryer and when I needed one, no one was there to give me one. No continental breakfast.
This motel is laid out in a unique style that feels more like a B&B than a motel. Rooms, lobby, restaurant, and grounds were all very neat and clean. Location was very quiet and peaceful. I look forward to another visit.
The Hotel has a charm of it's own, and it's visible that it's not a standardized chain-motel. The owners put a lot of effort in the equipment, the look and the feeling. My wife liked that the towels are not just "usual" white. The handling of the guests is kind of familiar.
Cleanness is not importance number 1. As dusty glass lamps and stained (and ripped) quilt on the bed have shown. Bad that the restaurant/bar is closed on Sunday - when we stayed there.
Service and accomadations were very good. Owner went out of his way to make the visit great.
Our Master suite did not have sink installed as yet.
The owner, Dick, was warm, friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful. The artwork throughout is stunning and a pleasure to wander around and look at. The room was very comfortable with a lot of nice homey touches (towels that weren't the standard white hotel towels, for example) and a beautiful secretary desk. If we are in the area again we would stay here and would highly recommend it.
Tv cable didn't work properly
The room was well decorated and very clean. We had to wake up the staff to check in, that was not a problem and we enjoyed our stay.
Bed was too small.
