We enjoyed our stay at the Springs. Quiet and comfortable. Everything we wanted or needed was there.
I was blown away when I arrived at my room. The room was gorgeous and very clean. Ever thing we needed was there. The staff was very friendly Felicia greeted us just like we were one of the family. I have never felt sad about leaving a resort, nut I wanted to stay forever. I have already talked with the staff about having Christmas with my family there and I look forward to it. Great resort!!!!
Nothing it was perfect.
the condo was clean. its a great deal if your traveling with a family. We had a 2,3 and 4 yr old and they loved going to the pool.
they were trying to charge us 25 dollars for checking in after 3pm and it wasnt on the website. They waved it after i said it wasnt on their website.
The condo was very clean and very spacious. Everything about the location was great.
Surprise resort charge of $100. Although it is mentioned in the fine print along with information about taxes. The $100 charge needs to be better highlighted as the additional $100 charge for a one night stay is unacceptable. This charge should be for extended stays only. After using Bookings.com for several other stays during this trip, the $100 Resort fee was easily overlooked when all other locations during our trip only listed Taxes as additional charges. This will affect our use of Bookings.com in the future because of the unexspected additional cost.
Apartment discounted to $50. Big place. 2 bathrooms, well decorated and organised, 3 TVs... Small but nice swimming pool.
$100 or $50 entrance fee that was not (enough) advertised here
It was convenient, roomy, clean, well-appointed.
Bed mattress was not comfortable at all.
I liked the location first and foremost. The layout and decor of the condo was perfect. It was very comfortable, clean and roomy. Was worth paying a little more than a hotel room to stay here.
I didnt like that the pool was dominated by kids and older teens, including during the early morning hours of 1 to 3am. Wasn't able to enjoy the pool as we had hoped to.
Liked the cleanliness, comfort, and price
Did not like that there is a resort fee of $100 when no wifi is available and the pool is of poor quality. The high fee makes the springs not as affordable because of this.
Private, quite, beautiful apartment. Comfortable bed.
Spacious comfortable quiet suite. Secure garage. Ideal after a long hot day on the road, but...
Location is poorly signposted and took 15 minutes to find. Staff had gone home when we arrived around 6. Had to phone to get access to room. Expensive 'resort' charges were poor value as small pool was closing by the time we had settled into the room. Icemaker in fridge empty and appeared not to work. No other facilities of any use really, but the room was good.
We were able to stay for a great price and stay together.
We didn't have pillows for the sofa bed and there was someone's left belongings in the sofa which meant no one checked inside.
Friendly people All we met with.
I like everything! We enjoy our stay!
The whole house is just so dusty. Looks like the house were empty for a while. It is not ideal for a family that have allergies.
We were very happy with our condo. It was clean and well equiped and very comfortable. The two queen beds were very nice. The area was very quiet, and the tenants (owners) nearby were very friendly. We would definitely stay there again.
No internet In the condo. I guess you had to go to the clubhouse.
The Springs Condo was roomy and comfortable. Close to everything we wanted to do. We really enjoyed our time there, and would choose to stay longer next time.
The pool was described as open year round. While it was open, the water was uncomfortably cold, so we didn't swim as we originally intended
Mesquite is a lovely community, The Springs appears to be well managed with very corgial staff (we had Felicial B). The unit we stayed in was clean & decorated well, the bed a little hard and average, pillows great! the grounds well kept.We will return as it is an easy drive from Vegas and quiet place to meet family.
The plastic on the beds! I understand having them covered...but buy some hotel quality, not the noisy plastic that do not breath. Also need to supply a few necessities. We were short on toliet paper/paper towels. It was Christmas and not a store open. Just a FYI. Maybe better discripion of what to bring.Ex: baggies, foil, dish soap, dishwashing soap(more than two),bath soap, shampoo, coffee filters, Salt-Pepper, napkins. Those are not expesive items to have in units.
We had 2 adults... 3 teens & a 7 year old. We were able to have my sister & her husband over for supper.. It was great . We felt like we were in our own home. We would stay again .
