Nice and quiet

The tub made loud creaking noises

my kids felt like they were in Vegas for kids...

the pool was tiny.

the breakfast was terrible. One pool was out of order which was too bad.

The bathrooms are much too small. You almost have to get in the tub to close the door. I have seen larger bathrooms on cruise ships and you know they are going to be small.location

I really enjoy the way the buildings look. The castle style facial was very nice

The jets on the hot tube were not working correctly.

Everything was nice and clean, staff was very nice. Beds were awesome

The breakfast was awesome! The staff was very friendly, and our room was very comfortable!!

We enjoyed the clean rooms. Breakfast was easy to get to and good. Location to other routes around Branson was good and easy.

The jaccuzi was a little small for two people but other than that it worked great.

The buffet breakfast was great! Our room was cozy and we were able to catch a playoff game on the flatscreen. The pool and hot tub were open late-11 pm. I stayed with three other friends. We had a blast!

No mini fridge in the room! However, I may have not read carefully through the room details.

We could hear doors slam all night, we had someone try and get in our room in the middle of the night, and we could hear people going up the stairs all night and the people above us we very noisy, it was just a loud room this time.

The breakfast was amazing, adding to the value of the stay! Easily accessible.

Sink wouldn't drain very quickly, toilet stopped up in middle of night (didn't call anyone as others were asleep and we conveniently had a restroom across the hall!) The wall area around the hot top was coming apart!

Being used to staying in an upper class Condo, then having to stay in some lower class Motels, it was such a relief & pleasure to check in & stay at the Stone Castle Hotel & Conferance Center in Branson, mo. I booked our stay through <Booking.com> just the week before, at a very reasonable rate. We would stay there again, & will highly reccomend it to our friends & relatives! Thanks!!! :)

We were in a seperate building from the main Hotel, so it was quite a distance to the swimming pool & the Lobby. The weather was so cold that we just eliminated any thoughts of going to the swimming pool. I wanted to visit the little Boutique Shop, but it had just closed when I went at 10:30 a.m. :( I was disapointed & feel that it should have stayed open longer at that time of the year! (the week after Thanksgiving)

The beds were wonderful. Very economical. Great location Breakfast included. Room was very nicely decorated. My little grandaughter thought there was a princess in the tower.

I was very excited about the Lancelot Room for my daughter's birthday. It made her party such a neat time for us. It took some time to get to the room, we had originally been booked for the Avalon Room but another party was already in there, so I called the desk to see if there was somewhere else we could go. She very quickly found us a space, but I was a little frustrated when I had to go back up to my room to call and have someone come open the door for us. However everyone was very nice and helpful. We would love to stay again!

I found the rooms very spacious and clean. The pool being open late at night really fit into our schedule.

our room needed a deep cleaning from the floor corners to the top of the curtains the grount in bath was not clean.

The bed was comfortable.

I felt that the rooms were dark and depressing with a smell that reminded me of a nursing home. The bathrooms were too small. The noise barriers aren't very strong - it sounded like the people in the room above us were about to crash through.

It was a very nice clean place and was not real expensive .

Need a better breakfast system very unorganized and my eggs we very cold. And wish it had refrigerator and microwave in room we had our great grandson who needed to keep milk and juice cold was unable reheat his food just much more convient for travelers with children.

We really liked this hotel. The check-in and check-out process was about the fastest I've ever encountered. The room was beautiful. Our granddaughter had a great swimming pool, we had great beds and pillows, the location on Green Mountain Drive was perfect for getting around fast in Branson, and our room was quiet. But best of all, the room rates were as reasonable for the kind of room we had as we experienced in Branson. A couple days earlier we stayed at a hotel that costed twice as much which had a few more amenities, but for the price, this hotel wasn't far behind. We also stayed at another one that was just a little more expensive, but the Stone Castle Hotel surpassed that one in many ways, but especially by being more updated. Thank you, Stone Castle Hotel staff for your fine work in keeping the motel in the good shape it is in.

Breakfast was very good. Location was great. It looks really cool from the outside. We liked the decor of the entire hotel.

The carpet was extremely dirty. I walked back and forth through the room about 3 or 4 times, then took a shower, my feet were black. It was discusting. We had to were our shoes so that we would not get our socks and feet dirty.
