The convenience getting everywhere from this location.
The bathroom was way too small, you had to step in the bathroom to close the door. Didn't smell clean.
Our room was wonderful. The jetted tub actually worked. The breakfast buffet was very good too. Very friendly humor of the employees. Very clean and we even utilized the indoor pool and hot tub. This was my second stay at this hotel.
Still some construction on one of the two indoor pool rooms but not a big deal. We had to go outside to get to the other one because the hallway was blocked. However their work space was very clean. No excess trash to be seen. I'm impressed.
I like the jacuzzi tub in the room I stayed in
There was no curtains on the windows so u could see the light from the parking lot made it very hard to sleep. The floor was very squeaky when u walked. The frig was leaking badly so the floor was soaking wet. I'm not going to be coming back anytime soon I do know that
Mattress was a little soft
Staff was friendly and helpful.
Facilities are worn and need a lot of updating. Not a great value for the amenities.
The breakfast was good and staff were great.
Moisture was bad. Causing moldy smell. Roaches in room. Bathroom door needs fixing. Hotel could be cleaner.
The price was great and the beds were comfortable. They allowed for really late check in which was really helpful.
The pool needs to be redone because it had flaking paint. It looked in disrepair. Also the air conditioner in the building was not turned on and it smelled like mildew.
The faucet in the sink sprayed everywhere. The cooling/heat system did not work in our room. Everything felt damp in our room. Sheets, newspapers etc The parking was awful We were traveling with my son & family & the desk clerk said "I can put you closer to your son." I said only if we can have a king room like I reserved earlier." He assured me we would have a king room. Got to our room & it was 2 queens. I called the desk 5 minutes later & was told "sorry we don't have any king rooms left.
The carpet in the room was damp.
Comfortable beds, nice facility. Staff very friendly
Weird musty smell in the room. Breakfast selection.
The buffet breakfast was good.
The floor was so dirty that if my kids walk barefoot or in socks they were almost black. the room was so humid even with the air on high it felt like you were walking into a Louisiana swamp. The pools were very small
Location was good - just off Hwy 76 so not right next to all the traffic but still very close to everything. The free breakfast was in an actual dining room, not just a little nook where everyone has to cram in. Felt more like a buffet than a hotel breakfast. Food was very good. My wife and I were looking for a relatively inexpensive room with a jacuzzi where we could get away for the weekend, and that's what we got.
Our chief complaint was they did not turn the A/C on before we arrived. The hallways were stifling warm and so was the room, so it took a couple of hours to get it down to a comfortable temp. There were various snacks and ice creams that you could pay cash for at the lobby, but they were out of a lot of things. We were all the way on one end of the hotel, and the pool was 2 buildings over so it was kind of a far walk for my wife who has a bad ankle. Probably not as much of an issue this time since we were kidless for the weekend and had a jacuzzi in the room. Overall the hotel was clean, but there were several bleach stains on the hallway carpet. More of an eyesore than a cleanliness issue (unless they were trying to clean the ceiling of something), but it still made us wonder as we headed down to our room for the first time.
The free breakfast was amazing. Rooms were nice and spacious. Staff made check in and out a breeze. Location was off the strip with many was in and out.
WIFI was horrible and the mattresses were hard as a rock.
We both loved the pool, and the buffet style breakfast was very, very good. The hotel has some very well thought out design and features, especially for the cost of the rooms.
My wife and I were woke up at about 3 AM by our smoke detector chirping. Needless to say, it was a very startling wake up, as we hadn't went to bed until 1 AM. Maintenance had to come to room, while my wife stayed in bed, and change the battery. NO hot water for a while. I believe room should have been comped, and we should receive a free 2 night stay since we could not sleep this time.
Very clean. Breakfast was good and included in price.
I booked an hour before we got there on booking.com so they did not have my reservation yet, no big deal once they found it and had it in still tried to change me 30.00 dollar more than it said on booking.com. so just keep and eye that. They fixed it and all was well...
Our rooms were cleaned daily and kept neat. Cable and wifi were excellent, pool and game room were fun.
The place is very clean, friendly and helpful if anything is needed. A good breakfast is also provided.
The room was very small to have a king size bed. You could hardly get by the wall and rack to hang clothes on to get from the vanity area to the bedroom area. The bathroom and vanity were very small, where you only have one person in either location at a time. There was no ice on the second or third floor. The breakfast was just OK. The tenants above us were very noisy on our last 2 nights...like the circus was in town. Will never stay here again.
The Queen room wasn't too bad for the money.
The King room is a rip off...poor A/C, too small, NO refrigerator, not much space for our stuff on table, minimal condiments for coffee, etc. Not enough towels. Hot tub and pool had way too much chlorine in it...made our eyes and nose burn, felt like acid burns on the skin.....Would not recommend or sty there for that price again.
no microwave or fridge. The air unit. not thick enough covers.
allowed dogs good breakfast
funky smell in room air conditioner didn't remove humidity mold in shower under lowest crease didn't really feel clean no table to work on seemed dated
I loved the bed... So comfy. ..I liked the breakfast. ..
I didn't like the parking lot. .Some people kept double parking and it was hard to get a parking spot at night. .
I would recommend the Hotel to others....All in all a very good experience for the dollar...not the fanciest burt nice
not the most up to date motel
room too small pool too small, poor wi-fi
The pool, nice guest service and wifi
The room seemed very dark, and the carpet looks awful as well as the beds.
