Location and price.
The bed was very hard, the room was extremely small.
For the price it was a very good experience. Close to everything. We were very satisfied with the breakfast. The front desk staff was excellent. I had a couple of opportunities to converse with Gaines and he went above and beyond to help me with everything I requested. Excellent customer service !!
We had a slight sour smell in our room that we just couldn't quite figure out? Could not always smell it so it was difficult to pin point. We were traveling with our daughter and the heater/air conditioner in her room made so much noise she had difficulty sleeping. Other then that everything was good.
The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were nice and fluffy. When a person is a senior, it's very important to have a comfortable bed to rest in.
The only downside was how small the room was. It seemed a little cramped but that really wasn't a problem.
The atmosphere was warm and friendly. Breakfast was delicious !
booking.com lost our reservations luckily the people there found them thought that was very poor of the booking.com company
We loved the location of this place, and I did leave an over head light on in my vehicle and early in the morning a staff person called me to tell me so my battery would not be dead. So I felt safe that someone was on security.
The rooms were extremely small, it smelled like the rooms used to be smoking rooms..it just didn't seem to be a very family friendly place..the carpet was old and stained..also we could hear the people walking on the floor above us at 4 or 5 in the morning. very annoying!
The kids loved the castle theme. Comfortable beds. Good hot breakfast. Away from the noisy Branson traffic.
Paint chipping from hot tub and pool area. Small bathroom- hard to close door from inside.
Value priced and clean.
The room was very small and the bed was very uncomfortable.
Breakfast was not comfortable -- was crowded, uncomfortable seating, very noisy. Food not appetizing. Need more lighting in sleeping room.
I like that this hotel isn't in the tourist trap but close benough to make it easy to see Branson. The hotel is far enough off the road to make you feel like not in a busy town. The breakfast is large and fresh.
The beds are really soft. I know a lot of peoplww who would love it but I'd prefer a firmer bed. The bathroom was small but does that really matter?
Room small, VERY SMALL BATHROOM Linens in bathroom and the amenities in bathroom were definitely low end. TV Remote did not work Room and bathroom was not clean looking, needed new carpeting and decor, very dated
The convenience getting everywhere from this location.
The bathroom was way too small, you had to step in the bathroom to close the door. Didn't smell clean.
Our room was wonderful. The jetted tub actually worked. The breakfast buffet was very good too. Very friendly humor of the employees. Very clean and we even utilized the indoor pool and hot tub. This was my second stay at this hotel.
Still some construction on one of the two indoor pool rooms but not a big deal. We had to go outside to get to the other one because the hallway was blocked. However their work space was very clean. No excess trash to be seen. I'm impressed.
I like the jacuzzi tub in the room I stayed in
There was no curtains on the windows so u could see the light from the parking lot made it very hard to sleep. The floor was very squeaky when u walked. The frig was leaking badly so the floor was soaking wet. I'm not going to be coming back anytime soon I do know that
Mattress was a little soft
Staff was friendly and helpful.
Facilities are worn and need a lot of updating. Not a great value for the amenities.
The breakfast was good and staff were great.
Moisture was bad. Causing moldy smell. Roaches in room. Bathroom door needs fixing. Hotel could be cleaner.
The price was great and the beds were comfortable. They allowed for really late check in which was really helpful.
The pool needs to be redone because it had flaking paint. It looked in disrepair. Also the air conditioner in the building was not turned on and it smelled like mildew.
The faucet in the sink sprayed everywhere. The cooling/heat system did not work in our room. Everything felt damp in our room. Sheets, newspapers etc The parking was awful We were traveling with my son & family & the desk clerk said "I can put you closer to your son." I said only if we can have a king room like I reserved earlier." He assured me we would have a king room. Got to our room & it was 2 queens. I called the desk 5 minutes later & was told "sorry we don't have any king rooms left.
The carpet in the room was damp.
Comfortable beds, nice facility. Staff very friendly
Weird musty smell in the room. Breakfast selection.
The buffet breakfast was good.
The floor was so dirty that if my kids walk barefoot or in socks they were almost black. the room was so humid even with the air on high it felt like you were walking into a Louisiana swamp. The pools were very small
Location was good - just off Hwy 76 so not right next to all the traffic but still very close to everything. The free breakfast was in an actual dining room, not just a little nook where everyone has to cram in. Felt more like a buffet than a hotel breakfast. Food was very good. My wife and I were looking for a relatively inexpensive room with a jacuzzi where we could get away for the weekend, and that's what we got.
Our chief complaint was they did not turn the A/C on before we arrived. The hallways were stifling warm and so was the room, so it took a couple of hours to get it down to a comfortable temp. There were various snacks and ice creams that you could pay cash for at the lobby, but they were out of a lot of things. We were all the way on one end of the hotel, and the pool was 2 buildings over so it was kind of a far walk for my wife who has a bad ankle. Probably not as much of an issue this time since we were kidless for the weekend and had a jacuzzi in the room. Overall the hotel was clean, but there were several bleach stains on the hallway carpet. More of an eyesore than a cleanliness issue (unless they were trying to clean the ceiling of something), but it still made us wonder as we headed down to our room for the first time.
The free breakfast was amazing. Rooms were nice and spacious. Staff made check in and out a breeze. Location was off the strip with many was in and out.
WIFI was horrible and the mattresses were hard as a rock.
We both loved the pool, and the buffet style breakfast was very, very good. The hotel has some very well thought out design and features, especially for the cost of the rooms.
My wife and I were woke up at about 3 AM by our smoke detector chirping. Needless to say, it was a very startling wake up, as we hadn't went to bed until 1 AM. Maintenance had to come to room, while my wife stayed in bed, and change the battery. NO hot water for a while. I believe room should have been comped, and we should receive a free 2 night stay since we could not sleep this time.
