Tosi hieno noin vuoden ikäinen hotelli vain parisataa metriä Macyyn ja Broadwaylle, ihan eurooppalaista tasoa ja hintakin kohtuullinen New Yorkin tasoon verrattuna. voin suositella lämpimästi. Löytö New Yorkin hotellimaailmassa.

Hyvä sijainti, lähellä Time Scuare ja paljon muuta.

All around great

There was a loud party in the building next door at about 4am...woke me up.

Very friendly staff, great rooftop bar, small but comfortable rooms.

When people in the rooms around us were in the hall I could hear them pretty loudly.

The hotel was ideally situated for the sightseeing that we wanted to do. The view of the Empire State building from the roof top bar was unforgettable

There was nothing to dislike about the hotel, it ticked all our boxes

Nice room with view on ESB! Good shower, very good housekeeping. Food in restaurant is very good as well.

Breakfast is okay but there is not much, so you have to be fast or wait a bit until they refill. Coffee and juices must be drunk in paper mugs and plastic glasses: Not very tasty! The barmen were sometimes more busy flirting with girls who came to visit them instead of preparing our drinks. The receptionist called a cab to bring us to a restaurant in Brooklyn at a price that was way to high. He called a friend of his, we think. In that way the reception dissapointed us, they took advantage of us, innocent tourists.

Very good staff and good service

The staff members are always curteous, friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcome and went to great lengths to make me feel comfortable. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. I went there in winter and not once did i feel that my needs were not catered for in respect of the room. The restaurant is superb. Although I went out for lunch and dinner, there was no need to because of the quality of the restaurant.

Excellent location, nice staff, interesting design. Breathtaking views from windows and rooftop terrace/bar.

Poor acoustic of the room (you can hear every word spoken outside), and minimalistic breakfasts. Not bad, but could be better.

Hotel was convenient to Penn Station & Bryant Park area, shopping, Times Square. Hotel staff are efficient, friendly, helpful. Room was comfortable & clean

Consierge assisted show tickets are ridiculously expensive. I suggest going online & purchasing before you come to the city.

fantastic location between 5th & 6th. walking distance to Times Square, Bryant Park, Empire State, Macey's and Subway. Great view of Empire State from our room and from rooftop bar. shame our 20 and 18 year olds could not go to the bar to see it as we were told that there was a strict over 21 rule. (I saw youngsters in the bar though) Good breakfast, easy to find a table and no long queues
