Location was great and Habib on front desk was very helpful!!
Room wasnt very clean, the whole place smelt smokey and that old musty smell. Towells were dirty too. The shower is like a power pressure hose and hurts to stand under!
The hotel was very pleasing and perfect for a solo traveler whom had many activities planned.
i had to check out...
Convient to downtown.
Very tiny rooms, very musty. Furniture was broken down. There was no where near enough parking and we had to park in a parking lot next door to the hotel. Carpet was very worn and had multiple holes. The door would not lock.
Horrible. Dirty uncomfortable and terribly expensive
cockroach in room
Wi-Fi was exceptionally fast
I was lied about this being a 3 star hotel. Roaches, unclean carpet, dirty towels and sheets, and more!
Staff was courteous and helpful.
I booked a room with 3 beds. The hotel does not have any rooms with 3 beds. Big disappointment!!#
The staff was okay
The room was extremely dirty. The carpet was so gross that er had to wear socks to walk around. The bed.. it was horrible! The springs hurt so bad, and just outside the window was a huge light that was pointing directly in to our room. We couldn't wait to get out of there, and, after an almost sleepless night, we did. Don't book a room!!!
Okay location, friendly staff
Dirty!! Roaches and bugs all over, smoking is allowed on the 4th floor so the elevator smelled like smoke and often had cigarette buds on the floor
Wi-fi at room, good Bed
The area is very dangerous, small bathroom, the smell of the room was terrible
Bed was very uncomfortable, when you move it would make noise. The carpet was not cleaned, dirty.
The room was very basic, small and dirty. Cockroaches all over, especially during the night. The carpet hasn't seen washing/thorough cleaning since decades. Long hairs in bed and so on. Honestly speaking quite disgusting.
Price was reasonable
The small room
Quick check in. Nice and quite, near public transportation. And just minutes from downtown.
They need to exterminate, have a bug problem.
The morning desk staff was very friendly. The wifi was good and a passcode was not needed.
The room was much smaller than what I expected. Very limited channels on the TV.
I won't pretend there is anything good, there isn't. This hotel used to be called the Stratford Inn. It now has new owners. Same facilities and issues- no hot water (the staff will tell you straight-faced that you have to run the water for 15 minutes to get it warm), toilets overflow or don't flush and there are cockroaches in the room. The staff are not knowledgeable about ATL. They cannot offer information on what to see or how to get there. This is NOT worth the money you will save as you will not be staying in a very safe neighborhood and still miles from downtown. Be warned.
Everything. See above.
Location, close to everything in mid-town Atlanta,
The room was very small, the toilet was rusty.
A baby roach seen.. toilet clogged...but solved.
I got there late, after long flight, the stuff was very welcoming and made this to be very home feelings. It is close to everything, best spot in town
A good location and less than 4 min. to the aquarium.
There were couple of cockroaches inside of the cupboard under the sink. There is no sink in the bathroom, the sink is outside of it within the room. The room is very small and the carpet was dirty.
There was an excellent front desk clerk name Laraye, she is professional, personable, understanding, courteous, and very knowledgeable, I think hands down she should be the front desk manager or even the General Manager at this property. She is definitely an asset, the other staff from housekeeping and the rest is simply poor.
Front desk person gave key for my room to mr without verifying who I am. Asked for iron when delivered by HSK person she told me "this ain't no five star" Room was not service one day at all and no apogizes and when I asked for towel I was told I have to come to the front desk for it
I like the fact that there was a microwave and small refrigerator in my room. For the age and condition of the room it was clean.
My room seemed like a small closet. The furniture was old, the clock didn't work,. There was no place to sit except on the bed. There was a flat screen TV, but it didn't work. The older model TV that was a substitute only had a few channels to select from. There was no iron nor ironing board nor was there a lamp or desk in the room. The shower wasn't the best either. Otherwise the to was ok
