The Suites at Fall Creek    

The rooms were spacious.

The shower didn't work in one of the rooms we had and the staff response was, "Oh, sorry about that." No wifi unless we paid extra.

Large living area. Easy check in. Fairly nice play area for the kids. Full kitchen.

Room smelled of mildew. Black mold on inside window frames in master bedroom. Out door porch had black mold and dirt all over the screens. Poison ivy growing around the porch area. For a luxury condo it was not that luxurious for the price paid. Would have given GOOD as for Value for money if not for the mold and mildew issues.

The buildings were very nice and the grounds were very well maintained. The room was very clean, modern, and plenty of space for a weekend getaway. The air conditioning was easy to regulate (this can be a problem when staying at hotels). The bed was comfortable. I noticed they had a security vehicle that drove around, this made you feel safe.

The windows only had blinds and no curtains so we could not get the room as dark as we would have liked for sleeping. They left on all the lights that lighted up the walkways. I understand this is good for safety but this is another reason that curtains on the windows would have been nice.

The suite was well equipped for the most part. Real coffee pot, nice kitchenette, good access to our interests.

The staff and services were focused on selling the next vacation package. The concierge was a sales person again for the next vacation package not a concierge. The light switches were not well placed in the room. One could not access them from the bed. No small table lighting, all overhead. Ice machines were scattered and difficult to locate.

Room was very clean and bed was very inviting and comfortable.

No curtains on the windows just shades that let in a ton of light. It was hard to enjoy the nice bed when the room was lit up like daytime all night. I had to finally put the extra covers over the windows so I could get some sleep.

The room was excellent. We just stayed in a suite and it was perfect. Fully equipped with items neexed for a short or week long stay. Grounds had numerous activites for those with children. Very nice tv with dvd player. If weather was bad or for entertaining children in evening hours.

Room was on the fourth floor, warm spring day and air conditioning would not cool room down. Thermostat was set to aow of 68 and it would not keep room cool enough. Had everything except a box of Kleenex. Tv channel print out was out of date, channel's were wrong on about 15% of it. Check out time was too early, 10:00 am in a very nice and comfortable suite? Maybe 12-1!

I liked that everything at the resort was close together.

The room did not look anything like the picture on the website when I booked it. Thought I waws booking a suite got a small room.

The swimming pool was okay. The size of place was okay.

The room was not clean had to dust and clean tub.The amenties were decent but some needed to be repaired. The activity was hot and and staff said air conditioner was on. The noise level between floors was awful,could hear everything from above. We asked to be moved and mix up with room numbers and we were sent to occupied room. Staff did apologized about mistake and sent gift bag to room.Sales presentation for resort was pushy. whe I asked woman about noise level said I should have stayed on third floor. Soaker tubs needed to be updated.

Everything we needed was on sight. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and dishes that we needed.

The indoor pool area was not very clean. The pool was but not the walking area. Also, rollaway beds would be a good thing to have.

Large, clean, convenient, peaceful.

Pursued via telemarketer and psuedo conciere to attend timeshare sales pitch. I simply wanted to book the room.

The location was near a conference we were attending and the facilities were very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable and I slept very well.

Finding our building was a little difficult, but once we figured it out, we were okay.

The lay out of the rooms. Everything was in the room that I could possible need. Tastefully decorated.

Friendly staff.

You could hear through the walls. The room looked very "dated". We were hot and could not get the heat adjusted. We called the front desk and she couldn't help. She offered to get security to come which we didn't want at 2:00 in the morning. We didn't stay the second night and were told that it would be credited but that hasn't happened yet.

The price, kitchenette, decor, and the in-room coffee pot, decent tv and comfortable bed.

Paper-thin walls!!! We could hear every detail of two neighboring guest's conversations and 'bathroom time'. That was far from the privacy we were looking for. Although it was a nice amenity to have a library of DVD movies, we never got a look. When we returned from our evening show, the library was closed. What's the deal? Nice-looking room, but I felt as if I were in a cheap and cheezy apartment with no noise insulation in the walls.

The facilities were great!

Everything. We had a two bedroom condo, two bath, two kitchens. Very clean, modern, comfortable beds, nicely furnished, near town, helpful staff.

It was very nice and clean. Very friendly staff. Loved the fact that we got our tickets for the shows, and they were great seats.

That we had to pay more for Wi-fi. My son was looking for the basketball court and could not find it.

We were so surprised how big the rooms were for the price! Tvs in each room and the kitchen well stocked with dishes and utinsels! The hotel is tucked away from all the hustle from Branson yet close enough to just drive a few miles down the road for shopping and activities! We felt right at home here.

bed really hard, shower/spa tub door really moldy under bottom of door not noticeable until in the tub sitting down. observed a roach in the cabinet next to refrigerator

having to climb over and into a the large bath tub to take a shower. NO! hand rails to hold on to. Maybe replacing the tub with a walk in shower. Most people shower any way. We are older and it was difficult for my husband.
