The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The location was ideal for us - not in the heart of the city yet close enough to be able to walk to downtown if needed. We had a one-bedroomed apartment at the rear of the building and it was extremely quiet. This would be an ideal place to stay if you wanted to occasionally eat in during the evening and also have your breakfasts - the kitchen was equipped with everything (!!) and there is an excellent supermarket about three minutes walk away. Also, if staying here, don't forget to visit the roof-top terrace for fantastic views of the bay.

Location is perfect. Room size.

Problem with hot water.

Spacious place, convenient parking, excellent neighborhood...

The location was great. Within easy walking distance of all the shops and activities of Fisherman's Wharf. Many restaurants and bars in the area. Cable car and buses stop right outside the door. Wonderful view of San Francisco Bay. And what you got for your money was extraordinary. Our room(s) were wonderful.

No complaints!! Cable cars, buses and general traffice did make a bit of noise.

Bathroom is too small

It was close to Ghiradelli Square and Fisherman's Wharf! We hopped on the Cable Car right outside the door. It was quiet and Very comfortable. Very convenient.

Need double glazing quite noisy next to tram stop.

This hotel is in a great area of town, just a block from the Hyde Street Pier, and a block from Ghiardellis with great public transit right at the doorstep. The apartments are extremely well equipped with everything you could need to live comfortably. The staff were exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to offer detailed directions for accessing every part of the city by transit and offered many helpful tips on how to make the most of our San Francisco trip. They roof top deck and the cosy patio off our room were lovely places to have a coffee or read a book. The on-site laundry was clean, cheap and handy.

Very convenient location, clean and comfortable. Much quieter than expected, at least in our inside-facing room.

A couple of the fittings could do with updating.

The staff were friendly and helpful. It was also an ideal location for us. It was great to come back to a clean and comfortable apartment.
