ホテルのスタッフの対応が親切で大変によかった。また部屋が広く家族で宿泊するのに快適でした。 宿泊した初日にホテルの駐車場が満車で、他の高い駐車場に止めなければならなかった。 |

We stayed in a top floor suite overlooking SF Bay and Fisherman's Warf and enjoyed the spacious, comfortable accommodations. The rooftop patio with several tables and chairs is open to all guests. Small garage that might not fit all guests. |

It's walking distance to Fisherman's Wharf and seaside. Very convinient to catch the cable car going downtown. I like everything about the hotel and we like to stay here again on our next trip to the Wharf. |

Their small touches, such as setting up the baby's crib in advance, the morning newspaper at our door and storing our bags for us while we were waiting for our evening flight were nice. The hotel is right beside cable car and bus stops which made it easy to get to attractions that were not within walking distance. However, a great location for the money as it was a short walk to many... The pull out sofa was very uncomfortable. The children did not seem to mind, however I would not want to be an adult sleeping on that bed. |

Covenient location, very roomy. The kitchen was kind of old and outdated, but since I did not really needed the kitchen, it was ok. |

The location was fantastic. Rooms were spacious. The rooms were quite tired and need refurbishing. But overall for the size of the rooms and location of the hotel it is good value for money. |

Good clean hotel, very good location near everything. I had reserved parking and upon returning at 2am one night was told there no parking available, we had 3 adults and 5months old baby! It was down to lack of communication between staff. Also staff did not offer anything in way of regret or compensation (which would have helped if anything else!) |
