My Studio was amazing especially for the cheap price :-)
Centrally located. Friendly staff Clean & comfortable Easy to find Close to theatres
Carpets need replacing.
Good location and close to everything.
Room and bathroom a bit tired. The duvet on the bed was completely had it with all the stuffing bunched up.
The location is good the staff were great the hotel is in major need of a makeover
The rooms are desperate need of makeover carpets stink
Perfect location, excellent service, cleanliness, renovated rooms.
The room was fine. The bed was very comfortable. If the rates are good, we would stay here again.
The particular room we had was very rundown and because of that, it did not seem as clean. Personally, we prefer to be just slightly less in the thick of Times Square.
Excellent location and accessibility to a large variety of venues. Price was fair and reflected the facilities
Public areas were very shabby and in need of refurbishment. That applied to the room as well. A makeover appears to be in progress, to be fair. Room wasn't made up because the doorbell wasn't working and gave a "do not disturb" signal.
Proximity to theater Staff friendliness
Hour wait for washcloths Only one bed booked from booking.com when I reserved 2 beds online. Paid $60 more per day-- would have upgraded to as different hotel based on increased price
Rooms were clean and adequate for a sight seeing trip. Beds comfortable and staff most helpful. Would return again when visiting N.Y.
no coffee pot in room. LOL
Pluses: sensational location, great staff, great restaurant that offers 15% off for guests, quite new (3 or 4 years old), good staff, & very funky
Drawbacks: only 2 elevators for 16 floors; small rooms (but no smaller than most in NYC)
Great location, just outside of Broadway and Times Square. Very kind and proffesional staff. It was our anniversary and we had a great time.
Nothing I can think of.
Very courteous and helpful staff.
The Staff went to great lengths to see we had a good time
After a poor start - they rectified all problems
Loved the location, staff was super friendly and helpful, the rooms were as described and very clean.
We booked partially because they said they had a lounge/bar on property. It was not advertised that it is only open Wednesday to Saturday. The one day we were there when it was open, we were the only people in the bar. The bartender was nice enough, but the music was so terrible, we didn't even finish our drinks and just had to leave. We found a great little bar two doors down that played fantastic music and poured wine that had not turned into vinegar. With a couple changes the Inc lounge could be fantastic and worth spending time in.
The location was superb. The staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
The elevators are rather small, especially if you have a lot of luggage. The waiting time can be a problem, so give yourself an extra 10 minutes.!!
Iocation really couldn't get any better for someone's first stay in NYC. It tries hard to be chic in order to cover up its run down nature. The room we got was absolutely massive by manhattan standards.
It was quite run down. There was definitely an aura of cheapness - with the smell of years of stale smoke, badly worn carpets, drapes and furniture. They nickel and dime for everything inluding internet, and baggage drop.
Everything was very good service and the room
The extra bed was really terrible I couldn't sleep
Location, king bed.
The pull-out bed in the living room was sagging like a hammock. Impossible to sleep in/on it. 2 people slept on floor. Had ro ring bell service for ice=tip. Would like an ice machine in the hall. Hall carpet dirty and frayed.
It needs a good upgrade to be called a 4 Starr.
Old and a little musty smelling. No coffee available in the room.
I was not able to sleep at best since I was not able to turn off the light of the "closet" there should be a switch to then it off
The location, staff and rooms are all great.
The main bar is owned and run by a different company, so getting on the pool table is not easy - and the bar closes at mid-night.
Rooms are too small.
the staff were out of this world very helpfull and went out of there way to help us. will stay there next time many thanks kevin/gail groombridge
The beds and the location was excellent. The staff too. They fixed everything.
The rooms was old, and we missed coffe maker and closeth. The reseption was small and was located at the 2.floor. No free wifi, but that's normal in New York I think.
