Time Hotel

Not much.. I was there at 10.30 P.m on thursday nite the hotel entrance was very small,there was no doormanso I had to find a car to carry my suitcase the elevator door so small I hardly got in,i called the hotel on my way but there was no answer but answering machine and finally the price was $ 300 ,too expensive...only the location ,at time square

The location.

I booked a junior suit but was booked into a king size double room, they did move us to a suite the next day. The rooms are quite warn and a little past their best.

The location is perfect.

There were no drawers anywhere in the entire room. I have never experienced this anywhere that I have ever stayed in any price range.

very poor value for money, small room which was very noisy (air conditioning, lift), staff did nothing when notified of problem, wifi charges

Hotel had a boutiquee feel to it. Rooms felt a little dated but colour scheme was 'warm'. Stayed in King-Bed room-room just big enough to host one person. No real space for luggage. Bathroom adequate.

Surprisinigly unfriendly service at breakfast - the team on shift all seemed very miserable. Slow to start with, lack of attention, and not once did I see a smile. They cant blame it on a busy service - only a few lost souls turned up for brekkies that Sunday.

Miserable and unfriendly bar maid in the hotel bar. Found the T.V very hard to work and had no tv for 2 days. Jacuzzi didn't work. Air Con was very noisy.

The location is awesome ablock from times square in the middle of the theatre district, staff were very helpful organising transport etc.

Small room , could use a lick of paint

The location was excellent and the bed comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and the bell boys were extrememly friendly and helpful. Special mention to Gilbert who made a real impression! Housekeeping was also very friendly. Liked the design and boutique feel of the hotel.

On arrival the reception was anything but warm from the lady who checked us in. Cold and unfriendly comes to mind especially when compared to service and friendliness that the rest of the staff displayed. Housekeeping could have replaced soap when it was finished instead of just shampoos and shower gel. Rooms are small but not uncomfortable.

Very good location at the heart of Times Square, Nice personal in the reception. The first feeling of the room was "worn-out" , " lets go to another Hotel´..." Is this it ,-suite for 3-4 persons, really ???...??? and we pay allmost 300$ a night " But after all we stayed in it another 3 nites, did not want to loose another 1/2 day in changing hotel, packing and unpacking luggage etc...Quiet room and good sleeping made it look different...

Great bed, I liked the modern style.
