Time Hotel

フィットネスがあったところ。ベッドが快適だったところ。

フィットネスのマシーンが壊れていたところ。洗面所の掃除が細かいところまで掃除されていなかったところ。- （髪の毛が毎日落ちたままだった）

バスタブがなかったのが、残念。

1205号室に泊まったが、夜中でも窓越しに外の騒音が聞こえよく目が覚めた。パトカーのサイレン、トラッ- クの通過、清掃作業、酔っ払いの声などがよく聞こえｍａｓｉｔａた。日本の都心ホテルでは考えられない遮音- 性の低さ。耳栓は必須。

上記の遮音性のみ。

Be careful for double booking.

ダブルブッキングにあってしまった。全ホテルスタッフにおいては、ことの重大性を真摯に認識し、大いなる反- 省と改善を要求したい。、以後こうしたことの無いよう、徹底した管理指導を切に要請します。また、浴槽の栓- が破損しており、、修理を要請し修繕を行ったとのことですが、全く直っていなかった。ホテルの信用に関わる- 問題でもある。

The only major plus for this hotel is its location very close to theatres etc. around Times Square.

Very small room considering the high cost of a room in October. Photos on hotel website ceryainly do not convey the reality of their basic rooms. Room had no drawer or cupboard space meaning clothes etc had to be left around the room or in case. Room looked into central well with noisy air-con machinery running 24/7.

Location was excellent and quieter than some in New York

We tried to book another day at the hotel and was unable to speak to reservations on site and kept being put through to a central number.

We loved the location, the Restaurant and the Bar.

The room was quiet small considering we were staying six nights. We stay in New York two or three times a year and I did express that we would return if we liked the hotel. As hoteliers ourselves if someone tells me this I usually upgrade or make sure they are really well looked after hoping they will return. Also the bathrooms need a little more attention, mostly tiles and behind the door needed cleaning and repair. The hand sink did not have a plug or it was not working which made shaving difficult.We did mention it at the time but it was not repaired.

Perfect location in the heart of midtown. Room was quite, but a bit too small being a 4 stars.

Location and staff

Room faced road which was very noise all night. We will book there again next year but ask for an inside room.

Getting to room easily. Helpful and friendly staff .Clean room with comfortable bed. Down bedding. Boutique feel to hotel. Great location. Good restaurant and bar with good atmosphere. Small lobby. Great color combos in room decoration. This is my 4th stay at this hotel. I recommend it.

Mold on the grout in showers. No trash cans in bathrooms. Music too loud in the lounge. Put in smallest room because of late arrival. Can only conclude the best rooms go to whomever gets there first. since AK Air gets to Newark at 11pm would like the room I reserved to be available. Rooms need more lights.
