czystosc w pokoju i wyposazenie lazienki ktos z obslugi wyrzucil torbe z dzien wczesniej zrobionymi zakupami, chociaz faktem jest ze na gore wrzucone byly papiery ktore mogly sprawiac wrazenie ze torba jest wypelniona smieciami, zorientowalismy sie w dniu wyjazdu przy opuszczaniu hotelu i niestety nie mielismy juz czasu aby poruszyc te sprawe na recepcji tym bardziej ze nie bylo tam nic naprawde wartosciowego, ale wrazenie pozostaje. |

The only major plus for this hotel is its location very close to theatres etc. around Times Square. Very small room considering the high cost of a room in October. Photos on hotel website ceryainly do not convey the reality of their basic rooms. Room had no drawer or cupboard space meaning clothes etc had to be left around the room or in case. Room looked into central well with noisy air-con machinery running 24/7. |

The location. I booked a junior suit but was booked into a king size double room, they did move us to a suite the next day. The rooms are quite warn and a little past their best. |

Location was excellent and quieter than some in New York We tried to book another day at the hotel and was unable to speak to reservations on site and kept being put through to a central number. |

The location is perfect. There were no drawers anywhere in the entire room. I have never experienced this anywhere that I have ever stayed in any price range. |

We loved the location, the Restaurant and the Bar. The room was quiet small considering we were staying six nights. We stay in New York two or three times a year and I did express that we would return if we liked the hotel. As hoteliers ourselves if someone tells me this I usually upgrade or make sure they are really well looked after hoping they will return. Also the bathrooms need a little more attention, mostly tiles and behind the door needed cleaning and repair. The hand sink did not have a plug or it was not working which made shaving difficult.We did mention it at the time but it was not repaired. |

Location and staff Room faced road which was very noise all night. We will book there again next year but ask for an inside room. |

Hotel had a boutiquee feel to it. Rooms felt a little dated but colour scheme was 'warm'. Stayed in King-Bed room-room just big enough to host one person. No real space for luggage. Bathroom adequate. Surprisinigly unfriendly service at breakfast - the team on shift all seemed very miserable. Slow to start with, lack of attention, and not once did I see a smile. They cant blame it on a busy service - only a few lost souls turned up for brekkies that Sunday. |

Getting to room easily. Helpful and friendly staff .Clean room with comfortable bed. Down bedding. Boutique feel to hotel. Great location. Good restaurant and bar with good atmosphere. Small lobby. Great color combos in room decoration. This is my 4th stay at this hotel. I recommend it. Mold on the grout in showers. No trash cans in bathrooms. Music too loud in the lounge. Put in smallest room because of late arrival. Can only conclude the best rooms go to whomever gets there first. since AK Air gets to Newark at 11pm would like the room I reserved to be available. Rooms need more lights. |

Great Location. Friendly door and Front desk staff. Miserable and unfriendly bar maid in the hotel bar. Found the T.V very hard to work and had no tv for 2 days. Jacuzzi didn't work. Air Con was very noisy. |

Nice staff & very efficient. Good atmosphere & decoration in hotel. Very well centered. Spacious rooms Cannot open windows, so no fresh air entering in the room, specially in the morning |

The location was excellent and the bed comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and the bell boys were extrememly friendly and helpful. Special mention to Gilbert who made a real impression! Housekeeping was also very friendly. Liked the design and boutique feel of the hotel. On arrival the reception was anything but warm from the lady who checked us in. Cold and unfriendly comes to mind especially when compared to service and friendliness that the rest of the staff displayed. Housekeeping could have replaced soap when it was finished instead of just shampoos and shower gel. Rooms are small but not uncomfortable. |

Very good location at the heart of Times Square, Nice personal in the reception. The first feeling of the room was "worn-out" , " lets go to another Hotel´..." Is this it ,-suite for 3-4 persons, really ???...??? and we pay allmost 300$ a night " But after all we stayed in it another 3 nites, did not want to loose another 1/2 day in changing hotel, packing and unpacking luggage etc...Quiet room and good sleeping made it look different... |
