Time Hotel    

Staff were great, very helpful. Location couldn't have been better. Nice clean, modern hotel. Didn't eat in hotel restaurant but always looked very busy.....again, very nice looking and modern with a good atmosphere.

Space is obviously a commodity in this wonderful city but thought the room was a bit on the small side. We stayed in a kingsize as well! The elavatotors were nightmare......seemed to have a mind of their own.

The place of the hotel and people work there was very good

I had a light bulb that was burned out in the bathroom and I had to tell the front desk twice before they sent someone to fix it.

The refrigerator in the bedroom doesn't have space for the guest to put something they want inside! Some of the front desk are rude!

When I book my reservation the taxes wasn't included so it didn't match with my budget

We liked the friendliness of the staff - all staff, the convenience/location and the lounge. The bed was also quite comfortable.

There was nothing about The Time that we did not like.

Great location just round corner from Times Square. Beside Book of Mormon theatre.

Markets as boutique - had been trendy but needs new carpets and a really good clean. Shower door didn't fit - mould in shower etc.. Was pricy for standard

The rooms were very small, no dressers for clothes, not very clean (the carpet in the 1st room was sticky...), the advertised terrace is only for the penthouse, no rental movies!?!, The furniture is all damaged, the lighting is weird, not pleasant, the overall look is cheap, advertised smoking rooms but they had none

It was a great location for our needs. We walked or took the subway everywhere. The concierge was extremely knowledgeable and helpful

By NYC standards, it was a decent deal

The unbearable noise from both the street and the lounge (loud music until 4am).

The front desk manager,Betty was very accommodating. My husband wasn't feeling well and was inquiring where we could get some hot water, she asked the restaurant to bring up a thermo of hot water. We appreciated it very much.

The comforter is not comfortable at all. We ended up using regular blanket. The ac is too noisy. The condition was never improved when we complained.

Location, location, location! Central, midst of theatres, great. Some great desk staff. Comfy bed- but bottom sheet not fitted so kept getting tangled.

Some shockingly rude desk staff. Run down facilities- patches in walls, had to ask for toilet paper, extra charge on bill for restaurant we didn't use- not straight forward to get credit back, cleaners came in two times even when organised late check out, 4 star listing but definately not 4 star.

It was a prime spot. Staff was helpful and friendly. It was a good room for 1 person.

I used Booking.com for the best rates. I was disappointed that the booking fee went up in a short timeframe. My coworker booked her room and 5 minutes later it went up by $30.00 when I booked my room...that made me mad.

Wish there was a coffee maker in the room.

The staff were amazing. I was celebrating my birthday and they were super friendly- we even got free wine! The location is great, it's literally a two minute walk from Times Square so we ended up walking everywhere! We had the one bedroom suite so it was more than enough for the five of us! The restaurant in the hotel is great and the lounge/club plays great music!

Perfect location, friendly people and room space was okay for NYC

Good location, just a few steps from the Times Square. There`s a lounge in the hotel. The rooms are quiet and clean. The shower is good. Staff is good as well.

Have to pay for wifi if you are a guest but sign outside offers non guests happy hour in bar and free wifi.no free coffee in room. Also don't agree with the $100 per night deposit, why not just take a card reading like any other hotel.

Everything was very good.

Heating/Airconditioning was difficult to control. Disappointed that the restaurant added a "tip" (which is supposed to be "voluntary") to our bill. We would have given a tip without having to be asked for one!
