房间超级小，隔音不好。

The hotel is just a few steps off of Broadway, but just far enough north of times square to make it more habitable. I had a conference 4 blocks away, so it worked well. If not, I prefer to stay in a less touristy part of the city. But given the location need, this hotel was a good option.

The room was simple, and of course small since it was nyc. Busy weekend so I had to pay $400+ per night. But it is a solid 3 star hotel. Want to be as close to Times Square without being too close? Perfect spot.

Less expensive and clean

Closet space was tacky. Shower was very small

Large, comfortable rooms, well apportioned. Great location. Nice staff - friendly and accommodating. Probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Like being enveloped in a cloud. It's magic! You won't want to leave.

Service impossibly slow. Had to call 4x for ice & it took 2 hrs for it to come both nights. Rooms are very large and comfortable but in bad need of freshening e.g. painting, new decor. Must have been great 10 years ago but faded now. That said comfort outweighs walls that could use painting and the size and heavenly beds are worth more than ultra hip decor.

Location was perfect for people who are not familiar with NYC;central to most activities we had planned.It felt safe& friendly &all staff were helpful.

Room service trays left in corridors for a considerable time.

I arrived last at the hotel that night and was upgraded to their crazy 3-floor penthouse, while I had booked a single room :-) Location is prime for anyone wishing to visit NYC. Although the hotel is a bit noisy, comfort is quite good and staff is very friendly. I would recommend this hotel and will check it out for my next stay in NYC for sure.

Good location on Time Square, clean and friendly staff.

They forgot to clean our room one day but sent someone quickly to address when flagged.

did not like the way you had to pay for Internet Stayed in 6hotels on our trip and all had free Internet Also there was a building site that had us awake from 7 onwards You could replace those windows as street noise very loud all nite
