The apartment is far better than a hotel room or guest house of same price. It is big, warm, with everything you need. The rooms are clean and modern.
Checkin is 4pm - a bit late, but they actually let us in earlier.
everything was convenient from them allowing me to check in earlier, to the concierge helping me bring my luggage up, to the room they put me in it was in the cut and i was allowed to make as much noise as i wanted without being bothered every 5 mins with a noise complaint i loved it!
Parking was headache, would have helped to have a spot in the garage for my stay
1. Size of the apartment - A large size two bedroom flat. 2. Cleanness 3. Proper arrangements in place 4. Great facilities I highly recommend this place to anyone who wishes to stay in downtown Boston
1. No parking included for short term stay 2. No tissues or extra toilet papers , bags available 3. Air conditioning noise - It was not heating the place enough in the master bedroom
Was convenient to other sights that we wanted to see.
The bed sagged to the middle some.
Location was ideal for our needs, 5 mins walk from North T Station, 10 from Haymarket T station. 10 mins walk to several amazing neighbourhoods Beacon Hill, North End, Faneuil Hall/Quincy Market etc. Location is particularly ideal if you are in town for sports as it is right next up the TD Garden. Convenience store and even a dominoes pizza right next door should you need it. Friendly concierge staff. Good gym facilities. Huge apartment (922).
We loved our stay and would not hesitate to return, particularly if the following - very minor - gripes could be addressed. Very VERY basic decor and facilities in the apartment. Difficult to heat the apartment due to the size and relative emptiness. Possibly the squeakiest and most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on...seemed very cheap, thankfully we were exhausted each day! Majority empty cupboards in the kitchen, coffee machine but no coffee pods - would be a nice touch at a very small expense. No problem at all for a short visit however can make it feel less homely. Check out process does seem a little 'strict' at first with the need to email pictures of the keys etc, but seemed to work fine. Also the neighbourhood perhaps a little quiet and secluded at night for some people's tastes. Fine for us.
Nice specious apartment, great view, located in dowtown Boston Close to metro and AirPort, hubway bike stations and whole foods store
Location, location, location...plus size, cleanliness, comfort, absolutely everything!
A welcome package telling TV channels, where to take trash, letting us know if we needed towels for the pool, etc. simply lacking a care and directions package - otherwise AMAZING!
Very good location, apartment has all the furnitures we need, very convenient and comfortable.
Location was prime. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Room wasn't ready the day we got there. The manager put us up in a close by hotel for the night.
clean, great view, plenty of space
disorganized check-in process, very weak air conditioning
location is central and accessible to needs.
kitchen items such as blender, sieve colendar are not provided in the kitchen.
Great to be in an apartment, with a living room, kitchen, separate bedroom, bathroom and plenty of space. The laundry room is also convenient. And it's an easy walk to beautiful Charles street and downtown.
I had to wait more than 1 hour to get into the apartment because of an administrative mix-up: my reservation was not in the system. I had the confirmation email with me, but that really didn't help. There's really poor coordination between the company who rents out apartments and the building's security people. Seriously annoying.
Location was awesome. We could walk to get all the places we wanted to see in North Boston. The apartment was well furnished and clean.
Parking was expensive. We used the garage next to the Towers of Longfellow.
Great Price Staff was wonderful
I loved the view. The apartment itself was beautiful. Well decorated.
The bathroom had the worst smell that I could think in my life. I don't know if it was coming from the sink or the tub. There was no trash bags available only the one it came on the trashcan. I stayed there 3 nights and 4 days. They should've alerted us the things we needed to buy. The was no parking space like they said there was. Only for the residents. I got a ticket of $120 for parking on the street. Street parking is for resident of West End Only public parking is $40+ had to spend more money than planned for this trip because they lied and hide about some things.
