The old. Bedspreads.
Location Price Maybe next time we will get condo
Lack of sitting room Not very close to community room
Very quiet with easy access to everything
Size of the room.
the towels were not soft and not enough coffee for your stay
I thought we were getting a little apartment but instead it was a bedroom and bathroom. No kitchen or anything
we was put in the back of a townhouse a small closet one bed no room no ammenties inside no fresh towels no room cleaner to change beddings and I was not allowed to go to see resort offers simply because I was single parent.
We were nervous after reading a lot of bad reviews for this property- so we didn't know what to expect. But the room was wonderful and the bed was comfy. Great location!
Location Swimming pools Parking
Receptionist was not helpful. We didn't know about $100 hold on our acct for damage. She said nothing she could do but no one contacted us. The internet connection was nil. Our fridge either froze everything or melted it. We were told we would have adjoining rooms with our daughter. We did not, no attempt was made to rectify or apology made.
I loved the size of the town house,
That the horse shoe game had to be checked out, along with volleyball, basketball..should be at clubhouse.
We had to upgrade because the room was half the size of a regular hotel room. So after the upgrade the room was a good size.
Didn't realize it was a timeshare "resort" and after we paid we were directed to a salesman to get our "parking tag" after a gimmick on how much he could save us on show tickets.
Location was convenient
The unit looked like low end rental property. Needs to be updated. Laminate floors were coming apart at the seams. Three pillow cases were blood stained. Staff was not helpful when called with simple questions such as where to dispose of full garage bags. Did not receive mid-week cleanup until they received a complaint.
it was the most horrible awful stay ever the room was disgusting the staff was rude and very mean I would never go there again and I would tell everyone never to stay at that place their service is horrible I would not recommend it to my worst enemy
Roomy, comfortable, accommodating facility
We booked thisTownhouse unit through Booking.com, but were not advised it was part of a timeshare promo deal.
We were very pleased with the comfort and cost of the townhouse. The location was great also.
Everything was good! We liked it all.
The décor, location, how big it was.
Not a big enough outdoor pool
location was great
hard bed and small tv
The bed was nice, the room was clean
We didn't get the room that was pictured on the site! Not one picture show a room with a bed, table and chairs with a cabinet for the kitchen! I wanted the townhouse, not a hotel room! We was also told that they was fully booked and where we were was most of the rooms were empty! Also the room that connected to us was what I thought I had booked! It isn't a bad place to stay just make sure you get the rooms you are shown on the web site
We liked having much more room than we would have if we had just stayed in a hotel. The upstairs has a loft with a sofa and tv, which made it nice that our grandson could watch his favorite shows while the adults could relax downstairs. Overall, The Townhouses are very nice, clean, comfortable, and much better than being crowded into a hotel room.
The master bedroom is downstairs but there is only a half bath downstairs and a tub in the master bedroom, which we never used. My husband and I had to go upstairs for showering, lugging our clothes and bathroom products with us each time. We weren't sure how to get clean towels so I had to do laundry everyday to keep up on fresh towels. The outdoor pool is located a way's away and was very small and crowded with kids so we went to the indoor pool which wasn't crowded at all. And lastly, the check-in is very hard to find. I had even read reviews that stated it was across the street so I thought I' d be able to find it, but we couldn't and had to call, so keep the phone number with you.
We really appreciated the bible and prayer card!!!! I liked that there were two "living" areas, the upstairs tv/sofa-bed besides the downstairs. Bedrooms were a good size, beds were nice & while I didn't sleep on the sofa beds, some of our party did they said they were pretty good as far as sofa beds goes.
The jets in the big bathtub in the downstairs bedroom did not work. Also, it was weird having a bathtub like that in the bedroom. (Bldg F unit 4B) Also, the check-out @ 10am -yecch! Please change that to 11 (that extra hour matters!)
We had a great stay at the Townhouses in Branson, MO. Very quiet and clean. Plenty of room for everyone. Three pools and game and workout rooms - something for everyone.
the amenities were good for our active family:swimming, tennis, board games and more
a lil confusing finding where to check in since it was not at the same location but the staff was helpful once we located it
I liked having enough space to spread out.
The upstairs bedroom was hotter than downstairs.
The location is right off the strip just before the traffic began. There is no cleaning check list for check out. There is plenty of room for 7 comfortably. The amenities included were nice (pool w/ hot tub, game room, work out area), although we only had time to use the pool area (just be sure to take towels to the pool area with you). Very Comfortable.
The Townhouses are located on the side of a mountain and the drive out is a bit challenging because you need some momentum. The offices are across the highway with little signage. We had little direction from the desk as to getting the parking passes so we had to go back and get them from the concierge, located in the same lobby.
Basic one bedroom lock off unit with comfortable bed and good bathroom, shower facilities. Had refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker in room. A great place for us for a two night stay.
We had a minor ant problem in the room but it was quickly taken care of by maintenance when phoned.
We checked in at 3:50 pm and the rooom wasn't ready. Front desk verified our cell number and said they would call us when the room was ready. By 6 pm we still hadn't received a call so we too a chance to see if the room was ready any way. We have no idea how long the room was ready. I called Monday to have the room cleaned that day. They couldn't verify that it would be done and said they would call back to schedule. So I asked for fresh towels. We left and when returned a bag of towels had been left on the floor in the room. Dirty towels were still in the bathroom on the floor. Never received a call to have the room cleaned. There is no thermastate in the room so we had to depend on the connecting room to manage the temp. We were not happy with the staff at this location and would not recommend it.
