The Tremont House, A Wyndham Grand Hotel    

The hotel was great. We loved everything about it. The staff was super helpful and the hotel was beautiful.

There was nothing I have to complain about.

Interiors were beautiful, and very relaxing. The architecture is fantastic.

The pillows were terrible, lumpy, and uncomfortable. The sheets and blankets on the bed were tucked in so far down that I could only pull them up to my navel. I was so tired that I didn't care to redo the bed, but I didn't sleep very well.

When they found out it was our anniversary they upgraded our Queen room to a HUGE two room suite with 2 bathrooms and a living room w 12 foot ceilings and a beautiful chandelier! Then later that night sent up complimentary wine, fruit and cheese... A very sweet surprise!

Each time we requested our car from the valet it usually took 10-15 mins of waiting as they always had plenty of guests requesting cars and not alot of valets.

The facilities and staff were excellent as was the location.

The only thing I didn't like is a wedding party was being a bit noisy. However, the wedding was at 6pm and it got quiet after that.

Staff was very friendly from the moment we arrived. Easy check in with no problems as well as the check out. Very clean and quiet. The hotel was well located near shops and bars which made it easy for us to make several trips out throughout the day.

The rooftop bar closed early due to cloudy/windy weather which is understandable. As well as drinks being a little pricey.

Walking distance to great restaraunts and the hotel had a historic feel that we loved

Heard that the hotel was haunted, though we didn't experience anything out of the ordinary

Amazingly comfortable beds and beautiful lobby

Having my room placed directly above the bar while there was a wedding event planned, so heard loud music till 1:00 am. Also annoyed since I requested a quieter room in my online reservation. Front desk only response was that they were fully booked and nothing could be done.

Asked for a quiet room location...NOT! We were assigned a room with a balcony over the piano bar. Could not sleep from the noise of partying people and the piano playing. Also near elevator and intersecting halls. So noisy would never go back again!!!

The hotel is visually beautiful. Staff was warm, helpful, and very professional.

Room was gorgeous, bed was very comfortable, staff was friendly, location was excellent in the historic Strand district

Slow hot water, no hand grip for tub safety, bill showed two nights' valet parking charge for non-existant car (when I told the desk about this, the charge was quickly removed, but no apology was made for the error plus I had to ask for a paper receipt showing the correction).

We loved that we were upgraded from a king single to one of the king suites without asking for it. The king suite was amazing. We also appreciated being able to utlize the valet service.

We had a great stay. Wish it had been longer than one night. The one thing I didn't like was in the booking process. The main desk was unable to book our king, even though one was available through booking.com, which is what I used.

This is a very old stately hotel in excellent shape. Very elegant with up to date amenities.

Our room was a 4th floor room overlooking the courtyard. It was also next to the elevator. We found the room dark and noisy from the elevator.

Great room, clean and comfortable.

Light display on the street for Mardi Gras made it impossible to darken room.

The location in the old historical district allows you to walk pretty much anywhere. The hotel is a beautiful example of period architecture and very well maintained.

We have no negatives regarding this Hotel.

EVERYTHING. It is perfect, the rooms are perfect, the staff is perfect.

The only thing that was disappointing was the "cafe"....too fast foodish for the elegance of the hotel. Need to go back to a "real restaurant" to maintain the image of the hotel. Food was great but the gray decor and set up lacked a lot....brighten it up! The decor is not warm and inviting. Otherwise...I'll be back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very nice staff and hotel

The heat didn't work in our room and it was pretty cold. The shower drain didn't drain when we took our showers.

The bed! It was fantastic. I may buy one!

I booked three rooms. One was supposed to have two double beds, but it didn't. They brought in a rollaway bed for a grown man to sleep in after a long journey. I felt like we didn't get what we were promised by Book.com.

I really enjoyed the feel of the hotel. It was very pretty and elegant yet the staff was very friendly and hospitable as opposed to stuffy.

The menu selection could have a little more selection for breakfast

The staff was wonderful and very helpful! Booking.com messed up my reservation and even tho they were booked up they were still able to fix the issue for me. Ashley was who help ABMs she was great!

That booking.com messed up my reservation. I will NEVER go thru them again! Hotel was great tho!

The quality of the food is not very good. But, many nice restaurants nearby!
