The US Grant  

We enjoyed the Grant very much.The room was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom also a good size.Lobby and restaurants are first class.We went to the cocktail bar which was good and had breakfast in the ground floor restaurant and it was excellent.

Coming from Asia we though valet parking with overnight parking charge for the hire car in the hotel at $28 was a bit rich and then tips etc etc.People in Asia do not pay stupid prices like that to park a car and we do not need to tip here either.Also I recall we stayed on the 3rd or 4th floor and our room simply looked over the roof over the lobby space that was littered with airconditioning compressors and equipment .a bit noisy.When we checked in they said your room is not ready but we have something on the 3rd floor ready to go.In other words they gave us a dud room and we were exhausted so had no choice.We wanted a shower and some rest and conceded.And that was when we checked in at 3pm.That we did not like.

Too expensive valet parking $35/day + tips.

For the price, there should be free internet for the patrons. 99% of the hotels I stay in have free interenet services.

Really nice looking hotel and the interior was immaculate. Great location for the gaslamp quarter and the staff were very helpful.

The concierge staff was very helpful in recommending restaurants for lunch and dinner. We were not disappointed with a single recommendation. They were all great!!!

One minor detail, they kept forgetting to deliver the morning paper until the last day after many requests.

The room was amazing and the staff were very helpful. The location was fantastic for us. Right beside the nightlife !

Ambiance and the decoration is very nice, very good located, quite although in the center of the city, warm personnel

The Care and Attention of the staff

Very expensive parking. $32 per day seems excessive

Outstanding staff and facilities. Great location with regard business, shopping and holiday attractions. Food is well made and presented.

The car valet fee of $32 and no option to self park feels extortionist and undermines all the great things about the hotel.

Se oye ruido de la calle en la habitación. Mejorar insonorización habitaciones.

O hotel é bonito e confortável.Fica no centro numa ótima localização.

A limpeza dos quartos deixa a desejar. Ficamos com uma lata de lixo por dois dias cheia e ninguém retirou. Na primeira noite a roupa de cama parecia usada, por causa do cheiro. O lobby também exala cheiro de comida muito forte.
