Room was nice, bed comfortable. Staff were very friendly and attentive. When i first checked in I was given a room that had not been cleaned. |

The location , the elegance of the lobby and of the rooms The reservation was for a double bed , while at our arrival ther was a room with one king size. They find a double in 15 minutes. They made a mistake in the billing, appying higher fare vs the agreed one . after my observation they corrected the amount |

The service.....absolutley amazing!!! no swimming pool, no sunday brunch offered, gift shop did not offer typical snacks/drinks, no vending machines on any floors. |

All'arrivo all'hotel, la camera era stata data via e ci è stato detto che dovevamo andare per 1notte in un altro hotel a loro spese e che avrebbero pagato anche il traferimento. Quando abbiamo chiesto le motivazioni l'unica risposta che ci è stata data è stata che c'era tanta gente. |

Sehr klassisch eingerichtetes und komfortables Hotel. Keine Möglichkeit für ein Frühstücksbuffet. Frühstück nur a la carte, hat lange gadauert. |
