Cheking out process. We were in a rush and asked to prepare the bills for 2 rooms in the morning, after settling the bill and leaving the hotel I have received 3 e-mails!!! With additional charges and they did not relate to the use of minibar or other items in the room. The staff just could not add up and did not take the trouble of looking though the account to discover what had already been paid for and what was still outstanding...

Loved everything about it. It is gorgeous, if I wasnt already married I would love to get married there. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, the rooms were superb. The bed is extremely comfortable and it is walking distance from gas lamp. We will definately be returning!

The only thing that I did not like, but was quickly remedied by the friendly staff; was that when we booked through booking.com it was the day before, and they hadnt told the us grand. When we got there they were sold out, had to wait a while and eventually they got us the room that we wanted. Luckily we were celebrating our honeymoon and we didnt let it bother us, but had it been any other day- it would have really been a deal breaker. They said that the 3rd party "booking.com" did not inform them. And if there was actually no room we would have been out of luck. There were a few weddings and they were packed. But like I said, they were very friendly and apologetic about it.

Location, luxury

Clean, nice room that was exactly what we were expecting. Good emails prior to arriving.

Valet possibly dinted car. Felt a bit rushed by valet each time we pulled up.

Beautiful hotel close to shopping and theatre

TV was poor for a luxury hotel. Food and pay-movies overpriced.

Noisy streets,sirens and people yelling. Water spots on carpets

The feel of old history, charm and service.

Fantastic service, fantastic room-decor, pure air of luxury.

However, hall ways need a definite facelift. Too bad there was no swimming pool.

This is a beautiful hotel, with stunning rooms and very pleasant staff. The valet parking staff were particulary nice and very helpful. We ate me night at the Grant Grill, which is pricey but the food and service were excellent.

Only complaint is no free wifi in rooms only in the lobby.

Location is great

Suites are small and rooms in hidden areas are not being cleaned well. Saw molds in AC ducts,

No hay algo q no me haya gustado

Hotel bem localizado , perto dos restaurantes e das pricipais atrações da cidade.Os quartos são confortáveis .

Não ter café da manhã tipo buffet e o barulho de uma grande festa até as 4 horas da manhã ao lado do nosso quarto no dia 31/12. A festa nunca deveria ser em um andar onde existem quartos. Foi muito desagrável e impossivel dormir.

バスタブ付の部屋を予約したが、バスタブが付いていなかったので、クレームを言ったら変えてくれた。対応は- 新設だったと思う。残念ながら、変えてもらった部屋はかなり狭く、またエアコンの大きい室外機の隣だったの- で、うるさくてたまらなかった。部屋にいる間、ずっとノイズ・キャンセリング付のヘッドフォンをしていた。-

Da limpeza e reposição do quarto

①　部屋が広くてラグジュアリー。　壁が厚いので隣の音が聞こえない。

①　追加料金を取られた。 ②　シャワーのみでバスタブがない。　シャワーが古くて使い方がわからなかった。　（staffを呼んだ）

not as good as I expected as a five star hotel. Maybe cos it's a bit old?

Sehr freundliche Rezeption und Mitarbeiter, die auf alle meine Wünsche eingegangen sind.

Lliked the location and the amenities the hotel provided. Enjoyed our evening in the lounge where the food, wine list and service gave us an enjoyable evening. The rooms were well appointed and beds great.
