I like its decoration from the car arrival until the reception and the way to the rooms. the staff are smily and exceptional concierge service breakfast is poor, the size of the resort has a negative effect which is we need to walk too much to reach to our rooms from the main lobby. |

Room They make you wait and put you on hold on the phone for all services for a very long time. No understanding of logical and genuine issues. Room service is bad and takes alot of time. |

large comfortable rooms, large marble bathrooms, good meal options from relatively inexpensive to expensive. fitness facility is top notch. Location is great!! Relatively quiet hotel..not too crazy. A little older clientele in casino. Upcharge to use spa/sauna in the spa was very upsetting considering they are already charging you a resort fee. check in time was long. |

Very nie hotel and would stay there again. Did not see the notice that stated to put a sign on your bed if you wanted the linens changed. Staff not extremely helpful. Better signs in the hotel to better direct you to different areas as in the Bellaggio or Ceasers. |

The Venetian is defined by its incredible customer service which began at check in and continued until check out. It is just so large there is a tremendous amount of walking needed to get from point A to point B and I am physically limited. |

It was a very nice spacious room. The frangrance that they used throughout the hotel was a bit strong and slightly offensive on the nose. Seemed a bit over priced and it seems like the price ended up being higher than quoted (tax wise). |

The beds, pillows excellent. Bathrooms luxurious, toiletries excellent. Extremely noisy corridors and doors not sound proof, disturbed sleep throughout the night. |

The suite was large as we had expected and the hotel very conveniently located. Given the amount involved, the service and comfort was below expectations. Check-in was slow, our promised "spectacular view" was nothing to write home about (7th floor), our "roman" bathtub just a bathtub. In particular the included continental breakfast was a disappointment. |

We had a wonderful stay at the venetian in a bella room for two nights with breakfast. The room and staff were great. Location is hard to beat. Kids loved the pools and surroundings of the hotel. We went back there from Yosemite to stay again we loved it so much. Thanks Venetian. |
