opening the fridge costs you money thats super the fire alarm went on and on and on it woke us at 8 am and the funny thing is that it wasnt an actual fire alarm it was an alarm that there was a possible fire thats funny

1-Check out at 11 am 2-Room cleaning not perfect(I found shoes under my bed and not belongs to us!!!)

Wow!!! This is just amazing, no words to describe this magical idea! Being in a gondola with a sunny roof in the middle of night can only happen here!!! Unbelievable experience!

Absolutely stunning hotel/casino, everything about this place screams high class.

They don't make a property like that by giving away money on the slots.

Everything with the exception of the shower stalls

The shower stalls, although conveniently large, are somewhat dangerous to older guests who may have balance problems. A shower stool and/or Grab Bars would be extremely helpful.

Special help with family celebration. Wonderful food setup in room.

Would have liked to be in same tower as family. Did not realize rooms were in different towers til we already received our keys. Rooms were very very nice.

everything specially the luxury life you will live in it, most of LA celebrities i saw them there and all hotel stuff is well professional to make you live the perfect luxury life.

Check in and access to rooms was separated from the casino. Staff and amenities excellent.

Minor, but distance and route to suites was long and tedious.

The distribution, decoration, service and restaurants

The pillows smelled like sweat, very bad and unpleasant experience

The rooms are beautiful - the staff is outstanding - the shopping, restaurants, etc are great

As beautiful as the bathroom is, the lighting isn't great for putting on make up - and the light up light didn't work. I would also love to see a coffee pot in the room.

Comfortable beds and lounge area, nice bathroom, helpful Staff.

Other visitors noisy all night. Rooms dark, pool area too small With too few loungers in the sun And pool unsuitable for swimming in.

Liked to go out for dinner in the great restaurants. Liked the location Liked the decor. Just walking around made us feel important.

This might be a little touchy. The venting system in the bathroom. I wish the venting be stronger.

Luxurious as every hotel in Vegas. Room service food and service was great.

Unpleasant smell on the first floor/lobby area, constant queues at reception desk

The decor and surroundings

The fact that any prearranged pick ups were not allowed at the front of the hotel. This was confusing and lost us valuable time.

One of the best hotels in Vegas, been twice now and enjoyed it both times. Right on the Strip and so easy to get to not far from airport if you get a Taxi tell them to take short route $25 / 26 .or get shuttles bus.

The pool is super! All the facility is exceed expectation.

The staff is too busy to care about you.
