Score from 2136 reviews Wonderful
No tea and coffee in the room
No coffee facilities and given reason that it was due to fire safety rules which seems wrong considering we had an Iron in the room
The Room Service superb Great location
The comfortable and large suite.
We're a young couple, and we spent our honeymoon on a suite on the 12th floor in one of the towers. The suite was wonderful, and we enjoyed it a lot: the bathroom was huge and clean, the bed was huge and comfy, and the view (of the strip) was beautiful (we could even the Mirage's light show from our window every night). I would definitely recommend staying at the Venetian - we were very sorry to leave!
The venice feel
Concierge very helpful. Great restaurants. Pool deck very nice. Room comfortable and spacious.
On registration we were told our room was very close and so turned down porter services only to find our room was a considerable distance away. Poor signage and map of facilities made the complex difficult to navigate.
I've wanted to stay at the Venetian for a while, I love the fact that all their rooms are suites, having a bit more room especially when you are there for a while makes a lot of difference. The suites are very well appointed & the Venetian is in a great location.
The Hotel Décor was amazing, the attention to detail was fantastic. Great selection of Restaurants and Bars, hard part was choosing one in our short stay. Our standard King Suite was amazing, we were offered an upgrade but can't imagine why we would need to!
As the Hotel is so large, we did struggle to find our way around, but got the hang of it after day one.
Really great location on the strip, rooms are fantastic, and and and
Loved the rooms nice a spacious.
Not enough seating around pools.
DespiteTthe palazzo is newer but I stayed in The venetian due to the design of the room. The room has two levels in a great design, stuffed with all of your needs. Great location a lot of Facilities inside and around the hotel, during my 4 days stay I did not even move my car except once. I asked for a baby crib and they brought it with baby amenities.
Door closers must be smoother and quieter.
Suite was amazing. Cafe was also fantastic for any meal.
Internet was weak. Expected exhaust fan in bathroom.
- Location > Great access to the Strip, central location, vicinity to shops and other hotels along the Strip - Suite comfort > Classic yet well-maintained in-room furniture, great room layout - Impressive and Well-kept facilities > From the Casino floor to the Canal Shops, it certainly was an experience walking around and sight-seeing within the hotel.
- Expected more for the hype+money. > Most of what follows are commentaries which I would normally not complain too much about, but I ended up paying significantly for the room and therefore had higher expectations of the hotel. > Also keep in mind that my wife and I chose to stay here for our final night in our 10-day anniversary trip, which started and ended in Vegas and also included a mini-roadtrip of nearby national parks in California (Yosemite, Death Valley), Utah (Zion, Bryce), and Arizona (Grand Canyon). > Overall we felt we were better off staying at a clean and simple budget hotel few miles off the Strip and driving and parking at any of the Strip garages, than paying much more for the ultimately overpriced convenience. - Bathroom was not clean; found two hairs, smudges on mirror and floor. Also one of the handles in one of the sinks was not working properly (was hard to close the handle completely). I won't go as far as to claim it was filthy (not even close to it--the bathroom was largely clean), but expected a higher level of quality for the price paid. - For guests that were mainly there for the room (read:not gamblers), long walks to and from the parking garage, reception, and suite proved terribly inconvenient. - Paid more for a "Strip" view and ended up looking at the back of the Venezia tower and its pool, barely saw Strip - Might be more common on on-Strip hotels, but resort fee's + mini-bar micromonitoring, etc feels like one is being nickel'ed and dime'd, which just doesn't feel right for a hotel of this category (well-known 5-star icon on the Strip). - I ended up offering my feedback to reception without much concern or empathy received in return. Although I got the resort fee credited back, I felt like the reception attendant lacked an interpersonal touch (barely made eye contact), and probably figured one voice out of many guests wouldn't matter since the hotel has so much renown.
Beautiful & HUGE rooms. Perfect strip location and a great place to play!
A little pricey; but you get what you pay for...
No coffee or tea facilities in the room!!
Location, clean and spacious suits
Overpriced services, drinks and food. Resort fee charge
One of the more classy hotels in Vegas - location is perfect ! We stayed in a suite which was amazing - beds so comfortable and immaculately clean ! Staff and surroundings where second to none ! Cannot fault this hotel - BUT make sure you have money ! Everything is so expensive !
Restaurants were great and the room was huge
Didn't have a lot of waitresses on the casino floors...gambled for two hours and didn't get offered a drink once
Very central on The Strip The Grand Lux Restaurant was good value and lovely food Rooms very good size and decent value Very authentic
It's a large hotel with 7000 rooms but then again most of the central hotels are. That said it was quite easy to get around
Everything, The location was excellent on the strip. The pool and gym areas were amazing and worth paying the resort fee for. The staff were very nice and helpful. A very large luxurious room which had a huge bed and living area. Would defiantly stay again!!
As the hotel is massive, the walks to hotel rooms/pool/gym etc were quite far although to be expected. Its more like a city than a hotel! The pool area was very busy so had difficulty finding a sun bed in the sun, however you can ask staff to find you the next available sun bed. There was no tea/coffee facilities in room. It was my boyfriends birthday, but no effort made for his birthday
