Location, room, and service
the staff and the room was wonderful.
The hotel is enormous with what appears to be section of Venice with its own sky as the shopping/dining area. The room was very large with a king bed lower level lounge and 3 TVs. A great experience and highly recommended.
Don't pay the upgrade for a view it's really not much better and expensive. Really have a problems with a hotel that doesn't provide coffee and tea facilities in the room.
Location, Staff and environment met all of our expectations. We will be coming back!
Loved the Venetian theme throughout the Hotel. Room was clean and tidy and had good facilities. Staff were excellent and very helpful.
I like how is the hotel is organized so you can just follow the instructions directly to where you want
I didn't like how the stuff playes with customers and tricks them in the other hand it took more than 15 min to check out and that made me more and more mad of every thing also the room service tookes mor than a hour to be there privacy is poor evin when a donot disturb sign is up !!
The hotel itself has a lot to offer. Tao- arguably the hottest club in Vegas, is in the Venetian. The shopping is cool and there is easy access to the Palazzo. The rooms aren't as amazing as that of other 4/5 star hotels on the strip, but they are luxurious. If it's your first time in Vegas you won't know the difference!
The casino smelled like smoke. This was odd seeing that I only smell smoke in the cheaper casinos (Stratosphere, Luxor, etc). I've never smelled the overwhelming smell of smoke in the Palazzo or Wynn. The smell in the casino was almost unbearable.
Loved the Atmosphere and ambience in the hotel . Loved being able to just walk down from the room and enjoy a walk through the Venetian streets and st marks square - really felt away from the sleazy parts of the strip. Loved the choice of bars , cafés and restaurants
A bit cold to use the pools ! But that wasn't a fault of the hotel. Would have liked a coffee maker or kettle in the room .
Bed was super comfortable, bathroom was huge, the free breakfast was amazing and there were 2 very nice flatscreens. I would definitely recommend the canal shops.
Is a bit pricey- but worth it Is a bit on the end of the strip
Perfect location, gorgeous hotel, shops, canals. The Canyon Ranch Spa was beautiful and so relaxing. The beds were so comfy but the pull out sofa bed was not.
Biggest complaint - How can a 5 star hotel not have a coffee maker or kettle in the rooms? They charge $18 for 1 liter of coffee delivered to your room, plus $6 delivery, 18% gratuity, and tax. We walked across to Starbucks every morning and had breakfast there as well. The hotel is huge and laid out oddly so you are always looking at a 5-15 minute walk from the lobby to your room. All the rooms are suites but would be greatly improved with a dividing curtain between the lounge area and sleeping areas. Rooms were very, very dry and could use a humidifier. Staff was friendly enough but most lacked sincerity.
Room was fantastic
We loved the whole of this place, we still don't think we had managed to see all the hotel had to offer. We were amazed at the whole experience, the shops, the gondola's, the bars, all the extra's, the rooms were extremely comfortable and well laid out. The hotel was in a great location.Overall a very happy and enjoyable stay.
The suites are fabulous the view from 32nd floor amazing. Venetian is a huge resort took a day just to get round. Vegas is mad but I loved it
The extra resort charges no coffee making facilities you could rent a kettle for £4 a day? Not what you would expect ina 5* hotel
too big, lot of walking
Modern structure, friendly staff
Everything. This is my first choice for accomodations!
There wasn't anything not to like.
The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were spacious. You had everything you needed within the hotel and the location was great. They have a shuttle to and from the airport for a reasonable price.
I did not like the fact that I was charged an additional $28 per day to use the pool and have internet access. You would think that the price of the room would entitle you to be able to use the pool.
I was not trying to stay T the Venetian at this time. Maybe next time I will be able to get away. I did not get to Vegas at all this year. Thank you for your good follow-up even though I did NOT get away at all. Carole Kanny
They don't keep you wating service is fast hotel clean
The best was the location as you did not have to walk very far to be in the centre of things. If you like fast food there is a great deal available but top places are above average in quality and price
I absolutely loved everything about The Venetian. This was our first time staying there and I, personally, will not go to any other place. Comfort, convenience, luxury look and feel, and very spacious rooms! We will definitely be back.
Good location Nice room Very good bed
Poor value for money Free breakfast has very poor choices At check-out you may find you have been charged extra for things you did not know about. Room keys often do not work
It's Vegas. It's a five star hotel. Casino. Slot machines. What's not to like? We loved it.
room was very nice convenience of bars with gambling choices of restaurants
EVERYTHING was very EXPENSIVE
