Thoroughly enjoyed the luxurious nature of the hotel and a central location in Las Vegas near several other areas we wanted to visit. Would have liked to have more time relaxing in the hotel but that wasn't to be on this occasion. Queues at checkin and any time you needed to speak to reception staff, even at 1am. Reception area for Venezia tower not in use forcing all guests to queue in main smoky reception. Hotel facilities (eg pools) unavailable during stay. Smoking in casino pervades whole hotel. Perfumes used to cover the smoke triggered asthma attack in guest. Non smoking areas not enforced. Also several requests to have problems in the quite rectified were not actioned during our stay. The broken printer was a minor issue but not having a plug in the bath was a real inconvenience especially as all the pools and spas were closed. |

The location is good. Its countless good restaurants are amazing. The hotel is very big, sometimes we got confused with the floorplan. didnt go to casino, but still a very good choice for vacation. |

The grandure, constant entertainment, the casino an despecially the size of the hotel room. A nice added touch was the hd television The timeshare pushers at the door, they attract you promising free blue man group tickets with no catch. However after you have signed up you could waste a large percentage of a day looking at a resort. The Venitian should not allo such practices in my opinion. |

The rooms are very nice and clean. Valet parking is free and the Venetian theme in the hotel is very nice. Basic things are not working in this hotel: checking inn: about 30 minutes. Checking out including bagage service: about an hour. No coffee maker in the room. The included breakfast was in a far to small location so many people had no table and where eating standing or sitting on a chair without a table. Tables where not cleaned up etc. After complaining to the management about that we where informed that as we have booked online we are second class guest and that this is intended. Full price guest have a different break fast room downstairs... |

I like its decoration from the car arrival until the reception and the way to the rooms. the staff are smily and exceptional concierge service breakfast is poor, the size of the resort has a negative effect which is we need to walk too much to reach to our rooms from the main lobby. |

large comfortable rooms, large marble bathrooms, good meal options from relatively inexpensive to expensive. fitness facility is top notch. Location is great!! Relatively quiet hotel..not too crazy. A little older clientele in casino. Upcharge to use spa/sauna in the spa was very upsetting considering they are already charging you a resort fee. check in time was long. |

Very nie hotel and would stay there again. Did not see the notice that stated to put a sign on your bed if you wanted the linens changed. Staff not extremely helpful. Better signs in the hotel to better direct you to different areas as in the Bellaggio or Ceasers. |

The Venetian is defined by its incredible customer service which began at check in and continued until check out. It is just so large there is a tremendous amount of walking needed to get from point A to point B and I am physically limited. |
