Everything. Being greeted at the door like we were relatives. Every single person we encountered were friendly. Reminded me of a small town feel like "Andy of Mayberry". They couldn't do enough for us. Their little dog sat by me while I ate breakfast. Would recommend this to anyone liking the bed and breakfast accomodations.
Very comfortable room with all that we wanted. Free parking in grounds of property; free wifi; excellent breakfast waitress served in lovely room; fruit drink and biscuits available in the afternoon; very helpful staff and beautiful location.
We love the atmosphere, the lights in the gardens, and the wonderful service. It felt like we were being spoiled at home in our own luxurious Victorian Inn.
The character of the house and friendlyness and helpfulness of the staff including Lincoln the dog! Tea served in china cups adding to elegant surroundings.
Having to drive to location for dinner. However host helped with excellent recommendation and booking a restaurant - really appreciated.
Everything was very nice and homey!
Everyone was warm and friendlly...made you feel like you were at home!
The Inn is beautiful and the rooms are very comfortable. The breakfast is sumptuous. The iced tea and cookies in the lobby were a pleasant surprise. Pamela is a wonderful hostess.
When we arrived, Tracey told us there would be a wedding that night. I was unhappy since I had asked for a quiet place when booking. Drunk wedding guests disturbed us till the wee hours and kept using the shared bathroom that was reserved for us and another room. We paid a premium price for a noise-filed night. It was dreadful!
It was very close to all the beach area fun and entertainment.
The room had an odd smell. However it did not affect the quality of the room.
Loved the close proximity to the beach, two minute walk, yet quiet and private. Loved the beauty and decor of the inn, rooms and common areas. Simply gorgeous! LOVED the no minimum stay. Perfect for our one night getaway for our anniversary with no kids. Lincoln the dog was adorable.
Wasn't sure about the shared bathroom, but was no problem at all. One small suggestion, providing robes in the rooms for the short jaunt down the hall. Otherwise, what's not to like!
We liked everything. The staff was fantastic. The handyman was a wonderful man and answered most of the questions we had about the area. The owner is a fantastic lady and like her very much. This B&B is a winner and we will return whenever we are going to be in the area.
I am handicapped and found it difficult to get up to the 2nd floor. Other than that, it is a highly recommended Inn to stay at. We love it.
Coffee service nice and early; great breakfast with bacon each morning; helpful staff. Had a great time and good launching site to visit surrounding attractions.
The place was wonderful and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. I would recommend this place to everyone.
Nothing everything was great
In attentive pretentious staff, disorganized, unclear where to check in, nobody at the bar knew or even directed us while we were apparently supposed to wait...felt like an exclusive club house, no warm at all.
Staff was friendly, everything was really clean and well maintained, breakfast was good. Room was cute.
The bed was not the most comfortable.
The Inn Keeper Pamela and her little Westie "Lincoln". They both made the little get away very memorable for me. Very comfortable surroundings. I got to enjoy a bath in the jacuzzi tub that was located in my room. Very relaxing.
It's a lovely, friendly place--and the breakfast was excellent!
Nothing at all.
Everything! Beautiful house, good breakfast, etc.
Half mile from ocean - not half mile from Hampton beach and boardwalk. We should have looked at the map more closely. It wasn't a problem, but we were surprised. Creaky bed- but I guess that's part of the charm!
The decore was beautiful and seem to be newly renovated... Fresh paint, shiney hardwood floors bathroom in our room new. Fresh linens. The dog of the Inn Lincoln was really cool, friendly and made you feel right at home.
The area of the Inn wasn't the greatest... Seemed out of place a bit. But so much to do close by.
I enjoyed the over all service of the staff! This is my new vacation spot. :)
IT WAS A NICE STAY AND PEOPLE WHO WAS SERVING US WAS POLITE. HOUSE WAS REALLY CLEAN.
We had a lovely stay. We were exceptionally well looked after and made to feel very much at home.
Romantic, beautiful victorian home, cordial staff. I liked waking up in the morning to the most delicious smells and gourmet breakfasts
Clean Cozy Jacuzzi tub Great breakfast
The Victoria Inn was very quiet. The room was cosy with a very comfortable bed and we slept well. The bathroom was very large with a whirlpool bath, overhead shower and good amenities. The breakfast was of excellent quality. Pamela, he host, was extremely welcoming and friendly, as was Lincoln, the house dog. The Victoria is about a half a mile from the sea at the quiet end of Hampton Beach, close to Rye. We loved this sealine and stopped off at the end of our trip for a second beach walk.
Very relaxing atmosphere and quiet. Very comfortable room and very clean. Pam was very gracious and waited for us to arrive, actually called me on my cell phone. Lincoln is a friendly greeter too.
Shared bathroom arrangements. We prefer private bathroom. It's my fault that I missed this point and perhaps I could have upgraded to a room with a private bath.
