Loved the free bikes
The Victorian Inn was very pleasant, and comfortable, it was also very conveniently located, because it was close to everything i needed (hikes, bureau of land management, and a nice restaurant). For those of you who spend the day hiking, there's no better way to end it than with a jacuzzi, to relax before dinner or bed. I would definitely go back.
The only thing I would have liked to modify would be adding a vegan option to the warm breakfast.
Quaint quiet small property. Loved the dining room with fireplace.
WI fi kept knocking me off
Great hotel. The Gem of Kanab!
wonderful stay, excellent staff, I love the hotel and if you stay in Kanab, you should definitely choose it.
Warm staff , nice and clean rooms ,very good breakfast
WiFi not that good
Everything. Staff was wonderful.
Some furnishing and breakfast area are a bit tired. Broken chairs, wobbly tables etc
Location was good. Hotel was quaint.
The lock on the door did not work...didn't feel safe. Room was too small for the furniture.
Lovely property and quiet part of town. Ron was very helpful advising where to eat etc.
The Victorian Inn offered very good proximity to a number of national parks and monuments (Zion, Bryce, Grand Canyon North Rim), which was the purpose of this vacation.
The town of Kanab, UT, offers little in the way of dining, and like many small towns across the country "rolls up the streets" at dusk.
They did not clean the room properly. 8 nights booked but cancelled the last 2 nights because we did not lijke their service.
What a pleasant surprise to arrive at the Victoria Inn after a whole in the car. Helpful front desk, charming rooms and a hearty breakfast.
very friendly staff at the registration. The breakfast was very good. They have hotel beach-bikes you can take for a quick hop to town. Was quite fun to do that after a day of driving in the car. Hotel is also equipped with furniture to make it look old. Looks nice!
The character and decor of the Inn are amazing. The staff, especially Kevin and Travis, are extremely helpful and accommodating.
Nothing. Everything was great.
Size and comfort of room. exceptional staff.
Everything was great.
The rooms are large and comfortable, well appointed. All staff were very attentive, extremely helpful and friendly. Very clean throughout. Breakfast was great.
The room we were in was just off the lobby - it was intended for wheel-chair access... it was just a bit awkward for our tastes.
The inn is always clean, provides great customer service and is centrally located to the Grand Canyon, Zion, and Bryce.
Need to add a mirror in the bedroom area.
Friendly helpful staff, great location, outstanding breakfast.
Room was a bit small, Shower had low water pressure and volume.
Staff very friendly, location.
Very disappointed with our small room, which was not very well ventilated. quite expensive for what we got. Other rooms seemed to be much bigger, many with fireplaces but not sure how you got these.
Very nice victorian style building and interiors.
Bed was not clean, no one was available to change it because we arrived very late: we had to sleep dressed!
The hotel is nicely appointed and clean. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Good firm bed, comfortable. Wifi worked well and was free.
The per night fee is one of the highest in the area, and I don't think the value is there for a longer stay. For the cost I expected more of a B&B atmosphere, but it's just a nice small hotel with an Ok breakfast. However, they have no trouble with bookings, so it will probably not change. I will not stay there again only because of this cost/value issue, not anything else.
We loved the warm friendly atmosphere at the hotel and the wonderful little town of Kanab.
- breakfast was really good, with a wide selection - the staff was super friendly and nice, the guy at the reception gave us directions to the supermarket and made a reservation for us at a really good restaurant in walking distance (rocking v cafe) - very beautiful and large room, we had a whirlpool bath tube (that was a really nice surprise)
That we could only stay for one night
beautiful room, elegant bath. Chris and Kevin served an awesome breakfast daily. All the desk help went out of their way to make the stay memorable.
that our vacation here had to end!
