There was nothing to dislike, staff were very friendly & helpful, room was amazing, beautifully decorated, clean, kitchen had everything you needed. Hotel was amazing, just wish we could have stayed longer.
The bed was COMFORTABLE!!! I usually dread sleeping in beds other than my own, but it was plush! So, too, were the pillows! The kitchen was updated, clean, organized and stocked with sufficient utensils. The plaza style complex has outdoor restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream parlor, and clothing stores. There is a variety of outdoor activities including bean bag games, ping pong, monster chess and horseshoes. The gondola station is conveniently located at the base of the condos. This place is very nice!
Having to leave! The "Fitness Center" does not accommodate more than 2 or 3 people at time.
Great location and very nice property. We would come back again. The village was awesome with plenty of good dining experiences.
Late September the days were warm and the nights were cool but the fireplaces in the room were turned off.
Enjoyed the wonderful room, service, swimming pool, and restaurants!!
Kitchen. Fully equipped. Nice size refrigerator. King bed was comfy.
Smoke coming up from guest balcony below. No roll away available. Coffee packets weren't refilled daily. Pull out sofa was horribly uncomfortable! Fireplace didn't work.
Lovely, spacious and comfortable rooms.
Sofa bed poor - very soggy and uncomfortable
Central location, lots of restaurants. Liked the food festival.
TOO NOISY. We were in the east building along Minaret road facing inwards over Starbucks. There is a bar next door with people outside smoking (not a problem) and talking (problem) as the windows don't block the noise. Kept us awake.
It was located in a perfect spot for the fun at the village
It was a little hot and very pricey
Very handy to the village which has nice restaurants & shops, staff are helpful rooms were clean & cosy free underground parking.
The quality of the couch is very poor, not recommanded for sleeping
Location facility staff
Close by restaurants
We were extremely pleased with the location and facilities. The town is very charming and despite the summer was still cool and offered a mountain feel.
My only reservation was at check in. It was our first time there and the front desk didnt really seem to care or offered much explanation. They handed me the key and a piece of paper and that was it. They had run out of maps of the that was it, I was on my own. We only found.out about a convenience store and game room as we were checking out.. Anyway, it would be nice if at least they had asked me if this was our first time there then explained a few things instead just handing a key. The Motel 6 we visited later on was more welcoming and friendly to my surprise.
Setting, views, luxury appartment, pools, staff advise, village summer events and buzz.
Everything was good.
Nice feel to the 'village' with its range of shops and cafes. Our room overlooked the pedestrianised section so we pretty quiet too. Good underground car parking. Helpful staff.
family room and kids got a sofa bed that was OK but no one made it up so did it ourselves.
apartment facilities, value for money Comfort clealiness
The village restaurants and proximity to hikibg and biking.
Limited AC and uncomfotable pull out sofa bed.
The lakes and mountains views were very nice fishing hiking boating with the family . The ride up and down the mountain on the gondala .
The holtel staff costumer service was not good .checking in early to are room was not an option the pool was out in the open not very much privacy.
I loved the kitchen it had everything I needed, as I did not always want to go out. The bed was very comfortable. I just felt totally at home.
Cannot think of anything.
Next to food, shopping, shuttles, bike rentals. Walking distance to everything....staff was very nice. Super clean accomodations.
Cant think of any?
Great location, bike rental service and plenty of shops and cafes. Laundry is very helpful. Free parking is great!
Expensive, additional 20$ resort fee per night. No conditioner in the room.
The setting, the hot tub, the DVD rental. Facilities in the room, bath robes. The restaurant on site was very nice. The whole atmosphere of the place was beautiful.
