The location was close to the city The service was terrible. The elevators always broke down. Also I had to change keys every day because they never worked. |

Bed was comfortable. View was great Bathroom looked like it was a public restroom and shower was not very clean. |

The room was large, clean, conveniently located. No help with bags, no doorman, the elevators were either slow or broken, it was noisy, there was no music in the room. |

W was clean and comfortable and in a great location near transportation. Security was quite good. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I will definately stay at W again. |

The design and furnishing is very beautiful. I also enjoyed the view of the Empire State Building from our room. The music in the public spaces (elevator and bathrooms) was too intrusive. |

The bed and the bar. The wait staff in the bar excellent. Miserable check-in person.... sloppy housekeeping (dirty glasses in the minibar etc etc). Overpriced and not very good in-room breakfast..... how can a hotel not have orange juice?! |
