Patináns szálloda, elegáns lobbyval és luxus szolgáltatásokkal. Üzleti célú new york-i tartózkodásra - ha nincs hely a Helmsley-ben - eléggé megfelelő.

Drága szobaár, és minden egyes szolgáltatásért külön felszámolnak elég magas díjakat. A szobák tiszták és jól felszereltek, de lelakottak, jellemző rájuk az amerikai gagyi (pl: a mázolások mindenhol megsárgultak már, a parapet ronda pozdórja lapból van, a fürdő ajtoja a gőztől megvetemedett és nem lehet becsukni ...stb.)

The arquiteture is really astonishing, all services are fast and hotel staff is kind, hotel user and local people are high level.Locations is perfect, subway is close, buses as well, excelent bars and restaurants

The prices of the extras are quite expensive....

I liked its comfort, scenery, and the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, good location.

I need to use the internet and the business center is ridiculously expensive.

For a luxury hotel, the room was surprisingly ordinary, with street noise competing with the guests from two neighbouring rooms, who saw 4 am in an expensive hotel as the most appropriate time to air domestic tensions. In a hotel such as this, I would not have expected to be in a room in which one could hear the private business of neighbours quite so clearly.

everything... been before and love it. Very traditional, rooms extremely comfortable, and you dont have to worry about "stuffiness"

The Waldorf is a fabulous hotel. We loved everything about this hotel. The decor was amazing. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. I cant praise this hotel and the staff enough.

Staff helpful and friendly . Restaurants have very good food .Good location , easy to get taxi's .

It is an old historical hotel and lives up to the status of being a luxury hotel. We could move freely about the hotel and the staff never made you feel like you were in the wrong place and were always helpful

The rooms were very comfortable. I also liked having the Starbucks in the lobby.

There were no fans in the bathrooms, and we could not open the windows for air.
