La conformità della stanza a quanto proposto alla prenotazione, il prezzo molto conveniente rispetto alla qualità offerta, la classe (edificio storico), la posizione abbastanza centrale in N.Y., la toilette molto spaziosa. Alle stesse condizioni sarei felice di tornare. L'orario del check-off (le 11 !!!) e la mancanza di poter usufruire di una camera di cortesia. |

Eccezionale la hall, estremamente curata e ben tenuta in ogni dettaglio, le camere, invece, anche se pulite e dotate di ogni comfort dimostrano il segno del tempo, anche se tutto sommato è il pegno che si deve pagare per soggiornare in un hotel storico come questo. Il personale alla reception non sempre è cordiale come in altri hotel di minori dimensioni visitati a New York, probabilmente a causa delle centinaia di ospiti giornalieri. |

La posizione estremamente centrale e la storiciyà del Waldorf, la si respira già nella hall. Le stanze rivolte verso la Park Avenue sono rumorose, ameno che non si pernotti al 30 piano. Consigliamo quelle verso la 49 o la 50 st anche se non hanno la stessa vista su Park Ev. |

Hotel storico, di grande comfort, proprio in centro a New York, veramente bellissimo. La tripla era in realtà una doppia e ho dovuto dormire su un divano letto, ma in America succede sempre così! Una cosa che mi ha stupito è trovare TV a tubo catodico anzichè LCD o al Plasma. |

The discounted room rate was reasonable. Much too impersonal, very little character, it felt like an accomodation factory. Trades on a great name but otherwise could be almost any five star business hotel. |

The arquiteture is really astonishing, all services are fast and hotel staff is kind, hotel user and local people are high level.Locations is perfect, subway is close, buses as well, excelent bars and restaurants The prices of the extras are quite expensive.... |

Good location with easy access to everywhere in NY, easy checking in and out and staff services. I would suggest increasing the breakfast area at 26th floor to avoid lines. This is the only point to be enhanced. |

The Waldrof Astoria overall was a disappointment, the hotel was very impersonal, the superior standard room was in my opinion only a standard room, there were no tea making facilities available and this stay was not value for money based on this hotels reputation. The Waldrof Astoria deducted the cost of the booking from my account one month before my actual stay and only returned the monies a week later with a lesser exchange rate. This behaviour is unacceptable. |

The location, comfort, style and helpfulness of staff For a luxury hotel, the room was surprisingly ordinary, with street noise competing with the guests from two neighbouring rooms, who saw 4 am in an expensive hotel as the most appropriate time to air domestic tensions. In a hotel such as this, I would not have expected to be in a room in which one could hear the private business of neighbours quite so clearly. |

The Waldorf is a fabulous hotel. We loved everything about this hotel. The decor was amazing. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. I cant praise this hotel and the staff enough. |

Professional and friendly staff and a hotel that lives up to the expectations of class and elegance. Some bathroom fittings look well worn- but this does fit in with the history of the place, so can be somewhat forgiven, if not embraced. |
