Staff was very friendly and even let us checked in at 10am! When the normal check in time was 3pm. A lady called María was very helpful when I told her I had injured my back she brought me breakfast to our room. The location was perfect, secluded on a quite street but yet close to the subways, 2 to 3 blocks maximum. The are several great restaurants within two blocks. When we return to NYC in the next couple of years with our 2 kids we'll definitely stay at the Wall Street Inn again

The attention to details. Like tooth paste in the room and home cookies. Also the coffee served during bfst was excelent. Bad quality of the wifi internet and the street noise at night (fri, sat)

Great location and very elegant, while being practical and well-equipped at the same time. I was very pleased with my stay. There should be instructions for the tv, although they sent soenone up to connect it instantly.

I loved the size of the rooms and bathrooms. It was my sister and I for a weekend and we had plenty of room to walk around even with 2 suitcases on the floor. The beds were very comfortable and the room was super clean. The staff was always very friendly and the hotel has a great breakfast in the morning. The location was pretty convenient. Close to the ferry and not too far from the shopping. Price was great and the hotel was pretty quiet even though it was completely booked. No view because your down an alley in between buildings. A little difficult for taxi drivers to locate, but other than that, amazing.

We loved the charm of Wall Street Inn. It was very close to all of the attractions in downtown Manhattan: Battery Park, China Town, Little Italy, Statue of Liberty, World Trade Center Memorial. Beautiful and quiet part of town--a nice reprieve from the craziness of Times Square. No counter space in the bathrooms... But not a big deal.

The location was perfect! The subways in walking distance as well as Battery Park ferries. The hotel staff was always there and very helpful and pleasant.After a long day of sightseeing it was great to come back to that hotel and have the room perfect. I would stay there again and again and will recommend it 6 stars!!

The bathroom was beautiful and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was cold and not friendly, and the cleanliness on my second day was not as good as the first.

The location is very convenient, 5 minutes walk from subway line 2, 3, 4, 5. The room is very clean. There are bars and pubs very close to the hotel. Free wireless access. Breakfast place is very small, there were no seats when we went down. Few selections.

It's in a perfect location in South Manhattan. Close to the subway station, Battery Park and not too far from the Town Hall and Manhattan bridge. Quiet enough to sleep well. One older staff member without socks :) . But nothing serious.

We enjoyed exploring a different part of the city from where we usually stay. The inn is lovely, and the breakfasts were terrific. We probably wouldn't pick it again because we spend most of our time in mid-town, at museums and theater

Beautiful old character, well maintained with all the essential creature comforts at a very affordable price. Clean,clean and the neighborhood is perfect...lots of pubs, restaurants, take your pick! I love, love, love this place. I have been met with warmer smiles at other places, but I can't say it was awful.

Excellent location for business in financial district and also easy to get to midtown shops & nightlife on the subway. Beautiful traditional building in a neighbourhood of cobbled lanes and boutique bars. Clean, quiet, good service and comfortable. I will definately use The Wall Street Inn again.
