Staff was very friendly and even let us checked in at 10am! When the normal check in time was 3pm. A lady called María was very helpful when I told her I had injured my back she brought me breakfast to our room. The location was perfect, secluded on a quite street but yet close to the subways, 2 to 3 blocks maximum. The are several great restaurants within two blocks. When we return to NYC in the next couple of years with our 2 kids we'll definitely stay at the Wall Street Inn again

This first time visitor will highly recommend this great little hotel to anyone. Not knowing this hotel I was more than pleasantly surprised. I have stayed in N. Y. hotels before and have seen some pretty bad places for very high prices. The beautiful lobby was the first I saw and it immediately impressed me as a warm and inviting place. The staff was professional and helpful at all times. The price of the nightly stay included a great breakfast with croissants, rolls, bagels, cereals, coffee, tea, milk, orange juice and everything you need to get a great start to explore the city. During the day the breakfast area is open for a quick cup of tea or a little cookie snack sitting in jars for your taking. A beautiful room, a superior marble tiled bathroom and additional amenities, like a small fridge and internet access are extras for me to book the Wall Street Inn again when coming to New York. Thank you very much for the opportunity. Rita, New Market, Maryland

Nice to come back to a quieter area in the evening after a busy day. Very accessible to rest of Manhattan by subway. Good to be able to walk to Battery Park. Good restaurants on door step. Very comfortable & excellent value. Would highly recommend.

Hotel and staff were great. Room was upgraded to a larger room since I did not realize the superior queen room had only one bed. Garage across the street was vet convenient . Stone street restaurants behind the hotel were convenient., but noisy. Could not hear them from 7th floor room. Room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel was well located, near the subway which made the whole of manhattan accessible. The staff were helpful and friendly and the rooms kept very clean. Breakfast is included which is unusual for American hotels- this gave you a good start to the day.

This is real gem of a hotel. The room was very spacious, nicely decorated and furnished, and very clean. The the bed was extremely comfortable. Dont be put off by the hotel being in Manhattan. The location is perfect and away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas, but within easy travel/walking distance to them. South street sea port is 5 mins walk as is the 9/11 memorial and Wall street. The hotel is in the old part of New York, and the surrounding area is very nice with cobbled streets, which are used quite often for film and televsion locations. Blue Bloods and Boardwalk Empire were being filmed when we were there. There are plenty of restuarants and bars in the area so the lack of these facilities in the hotel is no big deal. Top tip - Wall street subway station is a few mins walk and you can get to all the further away attractions and areas very easily on the subway for $2.50 per one way trip.

This was my second time there. The hotel is a nice place to stay. A good value for your money. I made a reservation for a Queen Room, I was upgraded to King room. A big spacious room with a big bathroom. There is a good complimentry buffet breakfast every morning. The subway stations for different trains are close by.

Very good location. Good price per night. Breakfast was included but it was ridiculous. Just 2/3 tables for all rooms in the hotel on first come first serve; then there was another small room quite empty and depressing. One bar on the other side of the street with loud music until 4am on Sat night; not good at all.

Great location and very elegant, while being practical and well-equipped at the same time. I was very pleased with my stay. There should be instructions for the tv, although they sent soenone up to connect it instantly.

I loved the size of the rooms and bathrooms. It was my sister and I for a weekend and we had plenty of room to walk around even with 2 suitcases on the floor. The beds were very comfortable and the room was super clean. The staff was always very friendly and the hotel has a great breakfast in the morning. The location was pretty convenient. Close to the ferry and not too far from the shopping. Price was great and the hotel was pretty quiet even though it was completely booked. No view because your down an alley in between buildings. A little difficult for taxi drivers to locate, but other than that, amazing.

Beautiful old character, well maintained with all the essential creature comforts at a very affordable price. Clean, clean and the neighborhood is perfect...lots of pubs, restaurants, take your pick! I love, love, love this place. I have been met with warmer smiles at other places, but I can't say it was awful.

Excellent location for business in financial district and also easy to get to midtown shops & nightlife on the subway. Beautiful traditional building in a neighbourhood of cobbled lanes and boutique bars. Clean, quiet, good service and comfortable. I will definately use The Wall Street Inn again.
