Plastic plates at breakfast Tiny bathroom with net blind, on view to offices opposite Noise from bar despite high floor
convenient location and the room is really clean and comfy
Very well located, near to bars, metro and restaurants. Good WiFi. Coffee, tea and some pastry always available in the reception.
Room was outstanding, location could not be better, staff was very friendly
Breakfast was meager
Proximity to conference where I was speaking and exhibiting.
Great big, clean room, lots of window, high floor in convenient financial district location.
Live Band playing in pub across the street.
Attention to detail, clean and polished old world decor; comfy beds; spacious room; good wifi; iPod dock; nice location behind restaurant-packed Stone St.
Location in Lower Manhattan, cleanliness of room, continental breakfast, decor of room, easy access to several subway terminals
staff is dry and unfriendly
Good location for the office
Overlooked a pub so very noisy, had to change rooms, old decor and musty smell.
Beautifully appointed and quiet hotel next to Wall St. No bar but Delmonico's Steak House is across the street with a great bar. We loved our 2 double bed room and the room and hotel spaces were immaculate.
Not a good location if everything you are doing is in Midtown.
All quite satisfactory.
Only comment is lack of shelf space in bathroom for toiletries etc.
We spent 3 nights at the Wall Street Inn and could not fault it. Our room was spacious and in particular we liked the attention to detail. The place was spotless and the small touches like chocolates in your room each day, free newspaper outside the door and clean towels every day. We wished we had spent our entire stay there. It has a nice homely feel with personal attention where nothing ( not that we needed anything) was too much trouble. It has a great location - only a few minutes stroll from the main downtown tourist attractions and a couple of tube stations. If we were heading back to NYC we would look no further. Highly recommended !!
Loved everything about the hotel. Arrived early. It was not a problem, checked us into an available room, it was even an upgrade. Great PEOPLE, nice and polite. I like to say manners were "Old School". Made us feel at home. Beautiful interior and historical exterior. Plenty to see and eat from this location. Subway or taxi close. Room was excellent. Would for sure stay here again!!
The building next door left their office lights on 24/7. Somebody needs to teach them how to save money. We pulled down the shades and slept much better the next 3 nights.
- Good location - Clean room - Pretty interior - Helpful staff
Friendlier at reception
The hotel was ok but nothing special. Staff weren't overly friendly and I felt that if we hadn't said hi while passing, they would have ignored us. This applies to reception and not the lady who helped at breakfast, she was cheerful. It was a good location for subway, taxis etc.
There was a bar right outside our window which was loud until late in the evening. Thankfully we were jet lagged so fell asleep easily but that may not be the case for everyone.
Great location, with lovely restaurants around. Very close to the metro! Bed was great, had a good night of sleep. Staff was very kind!
Breakfast was very poor.
Location, staff, bed was comfy, breakfast included in price..Would stay again...
Breakfast was very basic(tea, coffee, bagels, croissant, juice, cereals).
location, nice room
staff were a bit snippy at times, but this was not a major problem.
Fab rooms with 2 queen size beds - small friendly hotel
Breakfast room a little small and cafe like
The hotel was very quiet, clean and the staff was amazing.
The room was bigger than the previous 2 hotels we stayed in and that meant a lot for a family of 4. Loved the outdoor restaurants surrounding the hotel
Decor was a little 'dated'.
After a long day of travel the bed was very comfortable and the location was excellent for walking around lower Manhattan. Lots of history to visit around the area. The staff was very friendly and the room was amazing
My husband & I found this hotel years ago and we would never stay anywhere else. The rooms are spacious, clean and the beds are very comfortable with everything you need weather on business or leisure. Rooms have ironing boards, irons a safe & fridge. The staff is very friendly and helpful & I can't forget to mention the breakfast they offer. We used to stay in Midtown but wanted something of a more slower paced vacation and staying @ the Wall St. Inn and its location gave us just that. There's outdoor seating on a brick street with many restaurants just behind the hotel to enjoy some down time with some wonderful food or just a cocktail. There's a Parking deck right across the street which is extremely handy & the hotel gets a discount. Staying @ the Wall Street Inn gives travelers the best the downtown has to offer with many wonderful restaurants. (we highly recommend Killarney Rose @ 127 Pearl St. & Harry's Italian @ 2 Gold St.) both within a 10 minute walking distance, attractions and great subway stations as well. Looking forward to staying with you again soon. Thank you Wall Street Inn.
