The location is Fab!

The premiere room has good size; it's renovated, nice and comfortable. The location is great. Very good hotel. The rate is relatively fair to nyc standarts.

The very bad side of the Warwick hotel is the front desk. Twice – when we checked in, and when we got the room (it was not at the same time because we came early), on May9, at noon and early afternoon – the face of hotel, the first impression of the hotel showed it's ugly face. Both front desk employees where arrogant, unpleasant, and patronizing. They treated us as we were a herd of cattle that should be moved from one place to the other. No welcoming, no smile, just a couple of front deskers who treat you like you were the daily garbage. We liked the hotel in spite of those two.

Fantastic location on 6th Ave near Central Park, 5 Ave shopping, Rockefeller Centre and Times Square. Rooms very quiet and comfortable. Got upgraded to the Hollywood Suite on 23rd floor with awesome double aspect terrace overlooking 6th Ave and the park. Not brand new decor but huge comfortable suite in a classic style.

Rooms on 23rd floor haven't been refurbished in over 15 years and whilst this is an Art Deco hotel it's looking tired. Hurt my leg on arrival and requested ice to be sent to my room which never arrived, tried to order room service but gave up after 3 phone calls with no response and beware if staying in the Hollywood Suite with children- absolutely no locks on the door to terrace or safety grills along the balustrades.

Musty smell in bathroom (no exhaust fan), due to shower curtain. Restaurant is very expensive for breakfast, but there are many other options in walking distance.

The staff is wonderful, very accommodating. Rooms are clean, updated, comfortable. Beds are luxuriously comfortable. Location can't be beat. Love Randolph's too. Really won't stay any place else.

Very well located. Beautiful and spacious rooms. the food was very good.

The bathrooms are very small. I had to ask for towels after the room was cleaned for the day.

View from the window was to the brick wall of next building. May be that is why the roon rate was attactive, but we were not informed about it during booking...

Very spacious room, everything looks new and in good condition. helpful staff.

Bathroom is small, can barely extend my legs. Internet is extremely slow, they charge $10 for a measly 0.5mbit/sec and $16 for 1mbit/sec total rip off and i cannot even open webpages, even though they state that premium upgrade is used for entertainment, videos, and uploads. Made my stay very difficult seeing im on business and internet is a necessity.

1-No Coffee maker in the room, upon request. Breakfast buffet Priced high compared to food selection offered.

Internet connection requires a daily payment and that is not good in 2013. Having two different "kinds" of connection, with different prices, is ridiculous.

Excellent location. Antiquity of the building & architecture. Felt safe in & around the hotel.

The mattresses on the beds were too old & concaved. Concierge or desk did not have any information on when lines formed to go into the show we had tickets for up at abc studios. They looked a little puzzled at the whole thing.

Cleanest hotel i've ever seen! Very confortable beds and rooms.Great design. Side facing rooms are quiter than facing avenue. Very close to special locations. You can walk to Central Park, Sub Way station, Clarks shoe shop on 3rd avenue, Times square on 42nd street.Highly reccomended! En temiz otel. Çok konforlu odaları var ve sessiz. Too expensive when compared to its class when booked over other than booking.com. They want almost full room charge for late check out. There is no kettle in room to make your own herbal tea. no complimentary bottled water. Otel odaları otelden satın alındığında aşırı pahalı. Geç çıkış için neredeyse 1 gece parası talep ediliyor. Odalarda su ısıtıcısı yok.

I was travelling with my 25 year old daughter and although we had requested 2 double beds, we were given one king size. The bed was very comfortable though. We had a room at the front of the hotel with a street view - good for watching Christmas lights. The location is perfect for the sights and shopping. The hotel runs a shuttle from jfk but we didn't find out until too late, as it was not on their web site.

More vegetarian options on room service.
