The location of the Warwick New York was central and accessible to all major attractions. The service from the staff was below par for a 4 star hotel. We were forgotten about by reception on a numerous amount of times. We were told that our room would be ready at 3pm which ended up being 7:30pm and probably would of ended up later if we had'nt brought it to their attention. We asked for an international plug converter and was told that they could have one today or tomorrow but, we should go out and purchase a plug converter ourselves. We waited for over an hour (after a second call) for coffee facilities to be brought up to our room. We expected better services from a high calibre hotel with such a rich history.

Loved the location and ambiance, small enough to feel personal, but with all the amenities. Very nice room with king bed and plenty of space, especially for New York! Nicely appointed, and good service. The only negative was the teeny, tiny bathroom. Nicely appointed, but oh so small! The only way 2 could use it at the same time is if 1 was in the shower!!

Staff; location; Randolph's; bedding - decor. The rooms are lovely, but (we were in a Premier Room) somewhat lacking in some basic functionality. 1) Only mirror is over the sink in bathroom - - no full length mirror or any other mirror to get dressed in front of while your spouse is in bathroom. Most all hotels have this. 2) No hooks in the bathroom or in closet for hanging a robe, jacket, towel - anything. Intuitively, you look for these. 3) Make-up mirror in bathroom in a terrible spot and not maneuverable - - you have to sit on the sink to really use it. Not deal-breaker items; but we stayed for 4 nights and it was irritating and seem like easy fixes.

I have stayed at this hotel for over 25 years. It has always been my first choice for location and luxury. the last 3 times i have stayed have been awlful including your booking. It seems they have rooms that they don't ever talk about that noone should be placed in for that money. False advertising for sure.I feel completly taken advantage of. I liked nothing about the hotel except location. Sorry I answered this question in the wrong box. I am unwilling to rewrite it.

The location was very central to the key NYC attractions. The hotel was clean, and efficient. We were fortunate to have a rear bedroom with no street noise. Overall it was very comfortable. 1. The bedroom would have benefitted from having a mirror. 2. There was little lounge accomodation area. 3. The price was higher than European prices to which we are more accustomed.

The Warwick Hotel is a lovely retro hotel in an excellent central location. My room was large, bright and comfortable. The bed was very comfy. I very much enjoyed my stay and the staff is wonderful. The elevators are very fast. The furniture was a bit worn and the carpet and sofa had some staining.

The location on the 54 th Str.was very well to the people like us who would like to walk around the city close to the stores on 5Th Avenue and to the Central Park. The room decoration and acilities are very good and also the cleaness was perfect.Silent room and good air condition too. The breakfast buffet was also very nice with a diversity of options. The Randolphs Bar was interesting for a drink on the Happy Hour or late night after the tether.

The location is simply perfect. Central Park, MoMa, Rockefeller Center, Empire State, Radio City Music Hall and Fifth Avenue are all just a few minutes food walk away. The hotel itself offered a spacious and clean room. The prices within the hotel are very expensive (mini bar, room service, restaurant). There are not many additional services in the hotel (pool, top floor bar or similar).

The Warwick is very clean and the service is exemplary and friendly. I am partial to historic hotels and the Warwick, built by Hearst, is a gem which combines historic atmosphere and contemporary convenience. Most tourist attractions are within a short walk other than Lower Manhattan, which is an easy subway ride.

Lovely hotel, pleasant, friendly, polite staff. Accomodating in the best possible ways - as much as they could the staff went out of their way to help us. Understated elegance & manner - the two complimentary umbrellas for inclement weather says it all. Corinne and Russell Hamilton

The service was outstanding. The room was clean and the staff were both helpful and extremely pleasant to deal with. When the door man remembers your name, you know you're in the right place.
