Really the only thing for me personally is, I would have liked a little softer bed however, this is a very personal choice and wouldn't keep me from staying there again.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotless and had the beautiful old charm. The rooms were very nice. I would go back again when I come back!
Strongly disliked excessive fees for wi-fi, use of mini bar, coffee machine and a list given at registration of all the hotel 'donts' one must adhere to. Not very welcoming and tone feels like a scolding at arrival.
Beautiful hotel, room v elegant, staff v helpful and pleasant. Very central location.
having to pay for wifi this day and age it should be free.,breakfast is expensive
the rooms were nice and big ,beds were big ,staff were very good always there when you needed them
Great location and walking distance to theaters, restaurants, and local sites! Beautiful corner suite with views of the busy city! Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely surprise of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries for our anniversary!
Even small, cheap motels have coffee makers in the room - why not the Warwick? Honestly the only hotel I've ever stayed in that didn't have one.
The location cannot be beat. Wonderful staff, rooms are good size for New York, although bathrooms tiny but that's to be expected. I have stayed here 3 times, will be back!
The high price ($38) of the Murals buffet breakfast.
The clean rooms, comfy beds, and free upgrade to a suite!
The fact that wi-if is chargeable and breakfast is expensive
Staff very accommodating. Room not ready so upgraded to suite at no extra cost
Nothing negative to say.
The location of the hotel is perfect for Central Park, Broadway, Times Square, the Rockefeller Center, 5th Avenue shops, and is within easy walking distance of all the main subway lines. The staff were very professional, helpful, and friendly.
Only gripe was that wifi wasn't included. 10 dollars a day is a bit harsh considering the amount of time you are likely to spend in the hotel but this isn't forced on you so only a minor issue.
Was a great stay, great location, friendly staff. We were given a complimentary upgrade to an amazing large room with free prosecco and chocolate covered strawberries to help celebrate our engagement. 2 large tv's in suite with great range of channels.
perfect location lovely bar good staff
we overlooked a brick wall short staffed
Facilities, location, helpful staff. Knowing the History of celebrity patrons. Decor was pleasant. Cleaning staff were respectful and accomodating....and cleaned the room well.
The elevators are slllloooooowwww ... it sometimes took almost 10 minutes for one to appear. And the "sensors" in the minibar - once you take something out of the minibar, even if you put it back in the same place unopened, you're charged - puh-leeeze. Ridiculous.
The comfort of the bed and cleanliness of the room were exceptional. The staff was great, helpful, friendly, present but not at all overbearing, a real treasure. Kudos!
We stayed at the hotel 2 short trips in a row and I loved the service and room size for a NYC hotel was great! My only prob was windows not opening cuz I am claustrophobic and need fresh air. But otherwise hotel is great and I have stayed in many NYC hotels! By far this is my fav!
Comfortable bed. Quiet. Great Location. Excellent food. Friendly and helpful staff.
It's the first hotel in the world which I've stayed in where I had to pay for wifi.
Excellent location, good sized room, friendly and efficient staff.
Perfect location, FABULOUS staff & excellent accommodations.
With bookings, you have to pay for wifi which is unfortunate.
Location is excellent with MOMA down the street. Close to Rockerfeller Center & Subway. Theater district nearby. Rooms are large for NYC with Flat screen tv & nice bathrooms.
Having to pay for WiFi - this should be free.
Location and room
When they found out we were celebrating my granddaughter's 18th birthday we received several upgrades.
No free wifi
bed location setting
no free bottle water, coffee machine, or hot water heater in the room.
the bed is very comfortable. And, very good location in midtown.
Rudolph's bar is a nice place to meet and drink but the prices are crazily high. And we didn't even try the breakfast - $31 for the buffet! The Astro or Park diners nearby are much better deals.
The views from the corner rooms are superb and the beds are so comfortable. The bathroom is smart and great to use.
Room had plumbing problems which took over a day to sort out.asked for my preferred room (regular visitor), but they were unable to accommodate.
The decor was beautiful. The staff was exceptionally accommodating. The location was perfect and central to everything.
