    There were so many positives to the Warwick New York. The staff was always very pleasant, knowledgeable, and willing to make helpful suggestions to make my stay more enjoyable. The location is fantastic! Within blocks of the park, Times Square, and major shopping. Plus, within steps of great dinning. I will make it my stop always in NYC.

    I miss your brunch.

    Great location, just round the corner from the Rockefeller building. Hotel room was really big this is unusual for NY, also well decorated so clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!

    There's nothing negative I could say about this charming hotel.

    Apart from The air conditioner in room 3003 was very loud at times and woke me up.

    The rooms were bigger than expected and the hotel had a great atmosphere.

    The elevators were small so staying on a lower level meant they were often already full when they arrived on your floor.

    The location

    Poor breakfast buffet. No coffee maker or slippers at the room even that it is included with the room amenities. You have to ask for them from the housekeeping. I changed my room and the new one didn't have a bath robe!! Not very clean bathrooms. I found a towel with blood on it.

    Excellent management. Problems resolved quickly and efficiently. Location is perfect for NYC.

    Some renovation work did interrupt our sleep during the stay, but management did offer a small credit for the inconvenience. Inconsistent service from the door men. Some were very helpful, some were not.

    The friendly staff (especially the bell staff), the lovely room, the great breakfasts at Murals on 54th, the proximity to the things I love to do, the food, drink and delightful servers at Randolphs -- I like everything! I have been staying at the Warwick since 1976 and do not intend to stop choosing it as #1 in NYC!

    We were given the choice of a suite since our room was not ready when we checked in at 5 o'clock. Although there was no view from the two-room suite it was very quiet - isolated from street noise and other rooms.

    Expensive drinks in the bar.

    architecture of the building

    everything below expectations. Bad behavior upon check in, not even a welcome. they charged me 700 usd for security deposit, for 7 nights. Very Noisy ac unit. Don't book the "plus" rooms with the view (there is no view) There are many better hotels in nyc and much cheaper. And with free wifi.

    The suite, especially on New York standards, was very large. Bedroom was quite big and beautifully appointed. Living room was also large. Very comfortable beds and linens. Lovely front desk staff and concierge. Can't beat the location for access to Central Park, restaurants, museums, shopping, Rockefeller Center etc.

    Elevators very small but not a big deal. Bathroom was small but modernized.

    Spacious room & bathroom

    They charge $100 per night for authorisation to our credit card without advising us and requesting our approval. We only found out when we checked our account.

    Staff was very friendly & helpful. Able to check our bags before room check in time. Also able to check our bags after room check out time. Room was large & nicely decorated. Bed was most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in.

    Nothing against the Warwick, but we should have chosen an hotel that was more centrally located to the sites we wanted to see.

    I stay at this hotel regularly and can honestly say i am in my comfort zone in this hotel, it's my home away from home! Booking.com had a great room rate that I took advantage of this time. Highly recommend this hotel, easy walking to everything, excellent staff and very friendly, good restaurant and service, comfy bed, gorgeous rooms!

    There is nothing not to like about this hotel

    The location was great with easy access to Times Square and subway stations to all major tourist attractions.

    The staff were a little pompous. Also the shower was difficult to use.

    Bellman and doorman were on top of things and very courteous and welcoming. The linens and beds were comfortable. Closet was well laid out, with an ironing board. Room was spacious and well appointed. There were many restaurants, subway stops and other amenities, including Central Park, the MoMA and Broadway, close by, yet once you entered the doors, hotel provided an oasis from the daily bustle of the City.

    Be careful with the shower curtain to keep water off the floor. Wish there were a coffee pot/water warmer. Mini fridge is for the hotel's products only. If you remove any items to insert a doggie bag, a sensor will be alerted and you will be charged for the item. (Of course the hotel reversed the charges.) The hotel will provide a fridge for your room upon request.

    Hotel itself was gorgeous and the staff could not have been more helpful.

    The restaurant there that served breakfast was a little unorganized. The food was great but the service was sub par.
