great location near Radio City and Times Square. Beautiful, elegant old building
Amenities lacking: no newspaper, no Qtips or cotton pads. Staff failed to fix safe after completely misunderstanding this simple problem (thought we were locked out of room). Never returned to fix the safe.
Great location, historic building, nice room, good breakfast and comfortable bed so I'll visit again
Toaster needs replacing for breakfast. Cost of brekfast a little high - can't think of anything else.
Wasen't given room I booked.
The staff was very nice and friendly. The location is very good.
The rooms need a bit more update , attention the bathroom sink and showers even more. The walls in the rooms need a good coat of fresh paint. For me it is just a good hotel nothing more.
Super friendly staff! Quiet rooms.
Location, location, location! Lovely building. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Room nicely decorated. Clean bathroom.
Adjoining restaurant - despite it's very comfy atmosphere, the food could be better and the service friendlier.
Could not have asked for more....perfect location, amazing staff, beautiful hotel. The staff cheerfully provided me with a sewing kit when buttons were falling off coats, gave us great late night dining options close to the hotel, and had plenty of umbrellas on hand when the weather turned rainy. Hotel was in a fabulous location and absolutely beautiful.
Decor. Location. Size. Breakfast
Extra $ for wifi. A light turned on in middle of night.
Spacious room, responsive staff, warm ambiance. Really nice hotel.
No co,plementary tea or coffee or water boiler in room. Resent having to pay a daily fee for wifi in a four star hotel.
Warwick always treats me well, the location is great, the rooms are very comfortable and I'm always happy I chose them!
It would be nice to have coffee in the room (not room service, just those mini-makers) I need that push to get out the door. I also thought the wifi was overpriced so I didn't use it
location was convenient walk to everywhere. staff was amazingly courteous and helpful room was wonderful
there was a little problem with the thermostat and we could not set it to our liking (room 1818). Luckily there was a space heater in the room to help out.
Location of it was in the center of everything. Great staff and great room
Price, but worth it for the location
Location and cleaniness
Lack of affordable breakfast that is optional.
NO EXTRA BED
Clean and confortable rooms and people very kind and ready to serve Pulizia molto buona, stanze confortevoli, personale molto gentile e pronto.
The bar, that was extol as one of the best in NY, served us absolutely unadequate drinks. Waitress was confused and makle the wrong order (she asked 3 times where was the Birth date on my son ID and at the end she called her manager to certify it. The manaegr did it in 5 seconds!!!) When we complained for the cocktails she was not able to manage the situation.
room was dry - no windows to open
Internet paid and anything around was to be pay for.
What a fantastic hotel, the staff was helpful and very knowledgeable about the events happening on New Years Eve. We will stay at the Warwick for all our trips to NY City.
view was very nice location excellent breakfast - too expensive for quality presented room service - too expensive - one bowl of mashed potatoes!!!
check-in was a problem; heater was noisy
Excellent staff. Great location. Large room for New York City. Very comfortable beds.
If you charge a huge premium to stay at the hotel between Christmas and New Years, can't you throw in free Wi-Fi?
Location Room size Quiet
Excellent location. Comfortable rooms.
At the price, having to pay for internet and local calls was annoying. Regular Wi-fi (9.99/day) was so-so (no, we did not book the ultra speed at 16.99!). Worst however was being told the two rooms we had booked a few months in advance would be on separate floors as we had booked through a third-party. Fortunately, that was resolved when we indicated this was unacceptable, but without a smile from the guy at the reception desk. Disappointing welcome...
Helpful staff. Convenience to all sights of Manhattan
Superb location! Select a room with a window view; ours had a bit of a balcony. Spacious room, unusual for NYC, but of course expensive on certain weekends.
