Location and value for money. Also we had a small problem in the bathroom which when reported to reception was resolved very quickly.
There were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
Friday afternoon to Monday am were lovely: staff was helpful room was clean and comfortable.
They did not have the type of room I reserved available, so I agreed to a downgraded room for one night: they charged me the lower room cost. I was not thrilled about having to change rooms, but they seemed nice about it. Several people tried to come into our room throughout the night and two of them actually had keys that worked. Very upsetting and horrible for my kids. The desk called up at 2am to ask why we were in the room, We had to explain that we were in the room for one night, etc. The next am, we got locked out because OUR key didin't work and had get downstairs and back up during checkout time....made us very late for a show. The woman at the desk kind of apologized, but not really. I was tired and did not want to make a scene, but we should have been given a refund for the first night.
Housekeeping forgot about my towel
We love the location. Directly across from MOMA and near many other major museums, central park and attractions in the city. Cost is reasonable as long as you avoid room service, etc. They have a gym. Interior rooms lack natural light but are cheaper and quiet.
This is a 4 star property. Lack of common areas to hang out in are a detraction. There is a bar but not great unless you want to drink.
Updated spacious room and bathroom. Quiet corner of hotel as requested. Great location for my purpose.
Light system for overhead and lamps was not convenient. Didn't quite figure out how to manage them to my advantage. Had to turn off the master switch to shut the bedside lamp off.
Too noise No wifi free Too expensive breakfast.
Great location very nice hotel.
I d like to have a kettle in the room.
1. Internet was really slow and it's not free. 2. There is a weird smell in the room.
There was instructions witch was making lot of noise from 6 am
The hotel defiantly made our stay in New York perfect. To come home to a clean, spacious and comfortable room at the end of each day was wonderful. Would highly recommend to any travelers.
Excellent location, considerate staff, very nice room which reminds Classic movies about NYC. Because it was our honeymoon trip they upgraded our room and welcomed us with a bottle of proseco and plate of fruits, pleasant surprise.
The only downside i could think of is expensive wi-fi.
I went for a weekend with my 11 year old daughter. The hotel was perfect. We were upgraded upon arrival and our room was VERY spacious by NYC standards. The bed was supremely comfortable with terrific pillows. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
The only negative is that the bathrooms are a bit small.
Great beds beautiful decor nice bathroom.
Noisy guests in other room, but they calmed down
Very convenient for Times Square area and Central Park and 5th Ave. Staff very helpful.
Had to pay for internet but got a free newspaper which as a holiday maker I didn't need.
LOCATION AND THE BAR
Spacious room with excellent beds. If requested provided coffee set-up in the room at no charge. Wonderful location.
Had to pay to have Wi-Fi in room. Also had to ask for luggage racks, three times. Bathroom was very small, and had no hooks for hanging clothing. Also there were no safety bars by the bathtub.
The Warwick has made a comeback! The room was spacious, the tv fantastic, lobby attractive, everything was clean, enjoyed morning newspaper, friendly staff.
I'm no longer a big city resident, so the price is shocking. It would be a return trip if the hotel price was more affordable.
The Warwick still holds a certain old time charm. Clean, pleasant staff and personal feel to stay. Location couldn't get any better - close to Central Park, Times Square and theaters.
The room was very spacious by NYC standards and the staff were friendly and helpful.
In this day and age I feel that wifi should be free when you are already paying $400 a night to stay in a hotel as opposed to charging $10
Central location Pleasant, efficient staff Valet parking (us$50) Upgraded to a suite free-of-charge
They wanted to charge extra for wi-fi! Not acceptable at the room rate charged
There were so many positives to the Warwick New York. The staff was always very pleasant, knowledgeable, and willing to make helpful suggestions to make my stay more enjoyable. The location is fantastic! Within blocks of the park, Times Square, and major shopping. Plus, within steps of great dinning. I will make it my stop always in NYC.
I miss your brunch.
Great location, just round the corner from the Rockefeller building. Hotel room was really big this is unusual for NY, also well decorated so clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!
There's nothing negative I could say about this charming hotel.
Small Bathrooms Looking out at the brick building next door
Concierges Kevin and Muni were a great help getting tickets etc. Will at the front door was also an excellent help. Room was quiet and comfortable.
Too few lifts for a hotel of this size. Ac was extremely noisy. Breakfast menu, while very good, was far too expensive. Tax is added to the price which is something we are unused to in Europe. Hotdog vendor across the street should be avoided at all costs.
