Nice & clean room having a "classic look". 1). Sound padding - noise from the corridor and adjecent rooms got in to the room loud and clear. 2). Suspicious "high dollar value" charging to the hotelbill of not connected/incomplete phonecalls. |

Location, design, personnel was very helpful with just a small exclusion Floor in the room had some weird spots, but the rest seemed to be clean. |

the location was great and the bedroom was a nice size and the bed was really comfortable, the hotel has a nice character feel to it and the staff were helpful and polite the bedroom was huge but the shower room was a closet and you had to open the bathroom door to get into the shower cubicle don't know if they are all like this. |

The location and the service. The price was competitive to other NYC luxury hotels, though high. The bedroom was extremely comfortable. The sefdcond room in our suite was spacious and well appointed. The bathrooms are very small. We had to move twice, once because of a water leak in the ceiling of the bathroom and again because of a very poor second room in the suite. (The carpet had large ripples in it, which was dangerous.) However, the hotel upgraded us to a larger suite because of this. I find the new flourescent, energy saving lighting, very difficult to read by. |

The helpful staff who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The location is perfect, close to Central Park, Time Square, Broadway and the shops. |

The hotel is in a great location, only minutes from Central park, 5th Ave, and Times Square. Room was large, clean, though the location was not what was requested.Hotel has a nice bar that was perfect for post business meetings drinks - though a little overpriced. |

Well appointed hotel with very good and friendly housekeeping staff. Great location for NY visitors. Despite booking a deluxe room for 7 nights we were initially allocated one that looked straight out onto a wall apparently favour was given to shorter staying guests which seemed very strange. This was corrected on complaint. Also on checking in the hotel ( the first in 3 months of touring) refused to accept our travel card and insisted on a credit card for pre authorisation. Then they pre authorised not just some mini bar amount but the whole accommodation account twice over without being told at all. Totally unprofessional. Also, it seems despite the fact that the hotel has 6 lifts only 3 of these are allocated to guests which is far less than is necessary most of the day. |

The location was great and the rooms were big with very comfortable beds The room was very noisy and the hotel staff just seemed like they just couldn't be bothered. Very poor customer service. |

The Warwick is in a great location (mid-town), clean, elegant and traditional. The rooms are good size and spacious by NY standards. Very nice, comfy beds and nice linens. Great hotel! Quick elevators. |

location of the hotel; attentive staff; comfortable deluxe room. I didn't like the room which we got at first night because it wasn't deluxe as I booked and it was classic, very small and with the brick wall view. We got deluxe room next day. |

Brilliant location steps away from radio city and central park. The Warwick has great character and charm. The bed was so comfortable I had the best sleep ever. I booked two deluxe room as it was a special occasion and was dissapointed that both rooms had a wall as a view, but that didn't spoil the hotel as being special. |
