My first visit to P-Town and to Waterford inn. Lovely little place with very comfortable rooms. Would stay there again.
Free breakfast wasn't the greatest, but I don't judge hotels on their breakfast.
Quite a beautiful and clean house
Pretty creaky bed.
Our stay was exactly what we were looking for. The woman ,sorry I didn't get her name was beyond charming. The perfect hostess. The location was perfect. Parking not so good. Breakfast was over the top. We'll be back ! Do whatever it takes to keep your hostess. She was the best part of the stay.
VERY friendly staff, relaxed and helpful. Large and nice rooms, excellent location. Minor: Only have half bottles of Champagne in the restaurant ;)
Small steep stairs small room, tiny bath room no tub shower only minimum power outlets, low value high cost
It was a great location, with easy access to the centre of town, shops, restaurants, etc.
Lack of parking.
Quiet location with excellent restaurant. Friendly and efficient staff
Very firm bed
Melissa the Inn Keeper was great!
The wood floors in the room were very dirty.
Extremely clean and comfortable room, very kind and knowledgeable innkeeper, great location right on Commercial St. convenient to shopping and restaurants, comfortable bed, nice atmosphere, and good breakfast included
No guaranteed parking near hotel
loading zone, staff friendliness, location, onsite restaurant, reasonable rates
thin walls and doors, could hear TV and conversation on both sides.
The room was bright, clean and comfortable.the staff is really wonderful. Breakfast was more than ample. I usually wouldn't say this but I actually had a sense if sadness leaving. Great place. I heartily recommend it to anyone.
Nothing I didn't like
One of a best hotel i ever been. The breakfast was awesome.
Location. Cleanliness. Nice breakfast buffet.
Ceiling leaking in room during rain and sound of water dripping into garbage can. Lack of convenient parking; additional cost.
Fantastic location, view and friendly staff. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and would happily stay at the Inn in the future.
It was a little awkward walking through the restaurant area to get to the Inn; however, that was balanced by the benefits of being offset from the street and having a private courtyard.
The room was very nice with climate control. It was quiet and I slept well in the comfortable king bed. Nice shower and the continental breakfast was really good with fresh baked muffins.
I had to walk through the outside dining-room to get to my room. I would of like to have had a chair in the room.
The view from the balcony over the bay is great.
Unfortunately you can't really use the balcony because the ventilation system of the restaurant is just outside and very, very loud. it starts its noise early in the morning and shudders to eventual silence late at night. Additionally of-putting is the smell of fried food, so no fresh sea air! A true pity as the hotel could have been a charming place...
The quaintness of the Inn. Mellisa was an absolute delight and very, very helpful.
There wasn't a level floor in the Inn. I had trouble with this. Also the stairs were very steep as our room was on the 3rd floor.
The restaurant was exceptional!
Children running the halls and stairway several times a day. The room needs renovation, very drab with lack of nice furniture and bathroom fixtures. No place for toiletries or enough room for clothes. The grounds are badly in need of landscaping and the Inn in need of outside paint and repair.
It could have used some small amenities that would have greatly improved our stay Ice, And simply can the restaurant food , especially drinks an option for the room
early check in cleanliness staff
- Excellent Breakfast - Very cosy - Good location
- Sometimes the room could have been a little cleaner - The bathroom door did not shut
Comfortable room, free wifi, charming Cape style décor in a wonderful old house. Close to plenty of shops, restaurants etc - a very central location. Very helpful staff.
No in-room kettle - you couldn't make a hot drink in your room. Wifi was down one night.
Right on commercial street yet set back for privacy. Would definately stay again. Friendly staff, clean rooms and great food.
Great hots who care about you and your dogs. Very good food at the restaurant, a big plus. Clean, spacious, quiet rooms, relaxed ambience, international flair.
I liked everything but I would improve the continental breakfast
