early check in cleanliness staff
- Excellent Breakfast - Very cosy - Good location
- Sometimes the room could have been a little cleaner - The bathroom door did not shut
Comfortable room, free wifi, charming Cape style décor in a wonderful old house. Close to plenty of shops, restaurants etc - a very central location. Very helpful staff.
No in-room kettle - you couldn't make a hot drink in your room. Wifi was down one night.
Right on commercial street yet set back for privacy. Would definately stay again. Friendly staff, clean rooms and great food.
The staff was quite friendly, remembered my name and greeted me in my comings and goings. The room was lovely, excellent water pressure in the shower, close to everything. Really all you can ask for in a PTown destination B&B. I highly recommend the place.
Fantastic staff at a great location. Nice breakfast.
No parking, no fridge, one chair.
Historic property and the restaurant
No parking & not many amenities for price
Stayed in the King Suite. Could not have been better.
Room was really clean, nice beach feel of decor, private and quiet.
Melissa, the manager/receptionist, was exceptional....lovely and delightful. Accommodations were excellent...breakfast also excellent. certainly a good value with a terrific location.
no parking available....it's hit or miss to park on the street.
Bathroom of a 1 star hotel. No service at night. They ask you to pay the minute you enter the door before you drop your bag. Price/ quality is wrong.
This typical Cape-style guesthouse is perfect situated near center but quiet too, as it is behind the restaurant in the courtyard. my room was clean and proper, WLAN worked well and the personal was very friendly. I can highly recommend it :-)
Central location to town and beach. Comfortable room and very nice breakfast. On site restaurant is really good as an added bonus. Melissa, the innkeeper was very accommodating.
There's a kind of narrow staircase to the second floor that could present a challenge for some. If so, make certain to request ground floor.
Easy walking distance to everything! Melissa is a wonderful host. Lovely breakfast with lots of choices. Beds comfortable and clean.
So many positives... great staff, perfect location right in the middle of town, clean and comfy Room, dinner and the free breakfast amazing, pet friendly and worth saying again the staff was very helpful and friendly.
The Dan, Melissa, and all the staff were very friendly and accomodating. The location and ambiance were lovely and inviting. The restaurant was very good and it was nice to be able to dine and let me 12 year old hang out in the room. The bed was super comfy, the room was clean and the shower was great.
The breakfast was a little disappointing. The fruit and eggs were yummy, but the yogurt and cereal were sugary brand-names and the bagels were blah. I was surprised. Otherwise everything was great.
it's a very charming place, with a helpful staff.
The internet in the room didn't work. Some other guests were having trouble with it as well. But the free wifi up front in the restaurant was available, so it wasn't hopeless. Other than that, we had a great time.
The staff was amazing! They were so very friendly and made you feel like you were home.
Room was comfortable and staff were great.
Staff is incredible at the Inn. Restaurant service and food were consistently top notch.
Exceptional hospitality from Pedro.
Loved the classic New England style/architecture. Very clean. What a nicely restored old house should look like.
Great location and room was nice, clean, and quiet.
No information in room about Wifi password or breakfast hours. Tried to call from room to find out, realized no phone in room so I used my cell to call the inn. No answer at 9:30am. Had to get dressed and go out to find answers. Good thing because breakfast is only available between 8 & 10am.
Great staff, the best ever. They were so friendly and were always smiling and never failed to say hello. Very comfy bed. Nice bright room and good view from balcony.
The sink got clogged very often and water leaked through the roof due to heavy rain.
staff, and the way they kept the room so clean, housekeeping did a excellent job.
too far up commercial street, had to walk quite far ,I'm handicapped and walk with a cane.
