Position of the hotel, personnel. And really Is a good choice if you wnt to have a quiet area in the South Beach. We enjoyeed our stay there. In bath the tub need to be changed. |

Decent decor, stylish, great location very near the busy beach strip yet a few roads away ensures it's slightly quieter - unless its spring break :-( Walls proved a little thin - unlucky with a lot of spring breakers, trashy talk and parties till 5am, not exactly the hotels fault but a bad time to stay. Almost makes the grade as a boutique hotel, but the low prices are because it doesnt quite pay full attention to detail. |

the location yes, the breakfast was included in the price that I have paid, but it was really poor, there where only muffins, toast (with nothing on it, no eggs or bacon) and sereals availble |

A localização do hotel é muito boa, tanto que com relação a parte de diversão/alimentação pude fazer quase tudo a pé. O horário de check in e check out é horrível para quem chega do e retorna ao Brasil, poderiam abrir exceções para os brasileiros e/ou cobrar uma pequena taxa. |

ambiente giovane e internazionale, vicinanza alla spiaggia, ristoranti alla moda e locali notturni. Internet gratuito. camera poco silenziosa, bagno essenziale, arredamento minimal. Albergo adatto esclusivamente ad una clientela giovane poco esigente e abituata alla vita notturna. In poche parole nei week end non si dorme prima delle 5.00 am! |

Расположение отличное, рядом с South Beach и в то же время чуть в отдалении от шума Art Deco Не мешало бы заменить ковролин и улучшить звукоизоляцию, хотя это, очевидно, общая проблема в Miami Beach |

La proximité des restaurants d'Ocean Dr ainsi que la plage à 1 bloc de l'hotel. Comme la plupart des hotels de miami beach, on peut reprocher le manque d'isolation phonique, l'hotel est proche des restaurants et bars ouverts jusque 4h du matin. |

Hôtel agréable et bien situé à Miami south beach à deux pas de l'océan, dans le quartier art déco mais sans le bruit excessif des établissements d'ocean drive situé entre la 5 ème et la 14 ème. La faible musique et la faible lumière tard dans la nuit (2h et aurore) dans le patio (on pourrait demander de couper tout ça à l'accueil parait il...) |

Близость к выставочному центру onventional Centre, где мы работали, а также спокойность района и близость к океану и пляжу На ресепшн в холле оеля был компьютер, но на ном не был установлен скайп. Связь с Россией и прочими странами при его наличии былабы мнгократно дешевле. |
