    Great value and location. Clean

    No breakfast, but was promised

Wasn't sure what to expect in Columbus, but Rob's little operation is top notch. Very friendly staff, convenient keyless entry. Bathrooms and bedrooms very clean. Beds comfier than the average hostel. Great place to stay in an unexpected gem of a city.

Close enough to OSU and local eateries (15 min walk) to be walkable, but far enough to be inconvenient. Long way from downtown. Small gripes.

The availability to park my car, friendliness of staff and other hostellers, great bathroom and availability of computers and TV for my use.

Did not appear to have breakfast available. I did not want to make a pot of coffee for myself and leave the rest on the burner to burn the coffee.

Relatively quiet and uncrowded, esp. for early AM riser. Simple breakfast available at no add'l charge. Parking available in rear, but I only learned of this after arriving. Staff and other guests very willing to help get luggage up steps. Conveniently located near downtown.

No accommodations for folks with disabilities. Many steps, no grab bars in shower. Co-ed room sharing. Since I'm an assault survivor, having a strange male in the upper bunk and 2 more walking thru the room to get to their own was anxiety-provoking.

I enjoyed the effectiveness and kindness of the staff. Mat and Rob are personable and will do anything to accommodate the guests. I met some great people too!

I wish I had more time to stay at the hostel.

I liked the price and the proximity to the airport and downtown.

I didn't like the low ceiling in the attic and having to walk through other people's room while they were sleeping.
