Staff was excellent and very helpful, location in Oak Bluffs, the room was spacious and accommodated us well, clean, quiet

We knew it was an old hotel so did not expect to have new hotel experience. Nothing that we did not like. Would stay there again.

The location and the staff were pretty much the only good things about this hotel. They also offer bathrooms with showers to use after checkout. In general I would not recommend it, however, there are very few places to stay unless you own or rent a house there.

The showers are TINY. The rooms have not been updated. They are very small and depressing.

The porch with rockers was amazing...the back unit had an elevator which we needed. Our room was simple, beds and a small tv just a shower. They loaned you beach towels which was nice and the oak bluff bus had a stop right out front! The staff was super helpful.

No refrigerator, no phone in your room so you had to walk to the front desk with questions. Same for ice, or bending machines. No pool. The main building has no elevator, so be careful if you need one to request it. A tub would have been nice. Overall though it was a great stay and we had a blast!

Great location across from Oak Bluffs Harbor. You can walk to restaurants and shopping. Friendly and helpful Staff.

Rooms are too small with a musty smell. Bathrooms are tiny-no place to put toiletries. Showers leak-water all over the floor. Way over priced; however, it's all about the location!

We loved the location, right on the harbor, the deep front porch with rocking chairs just inviting you to sit and relax. The staff was ecxellent and accommodating. The facility is old and charming but kept up well, the room & bathroom were extremely clean. We will come back again.

Because this is an old Victorian hotel the rooms are small and not necessarily updated.

My family had rented houses in the past for the money it was better to stay at the Wesley. More of a vacation for mom. Loved the location, the mini fridge, the extra room of the family suite, air condition, and last but not least the view from the porch.

If I had to pick something I didn't like I would say the bathrooms & shower stall were small with not much space to put soaps and shampoos but it was manageable.

Perfect location... Close to EVERYTHING! View was spectacular! Loved the flower walkway to the hotel & could sit in the porch for hours. Didn't feel like a hotel.. Felt more like a home!

Bathroom was too small for a family style suite

The great relaxing Gingerbread home island atmosphere. I love this peaceful Island.

Hurricane Arthur Threat with high winds and rain on the Fourth of July weekend. - Has no negative reflection on the Hotel at all.

    Great view from the room!

The room was not very clean when we arrived (specifically, the bathroom). The bed was not comfortable and when I turned on the fan/AC unit it smelled like fish. The shower took about 10-15 (!) minutes to get warm; we thought something was wrong with it so we told the front desk but they said that was "normal".

Clean, great location, easy walk from ferry. Very charming and relaxing. Great showers.

Due to the period that the hotel was built, the walls are paper thin, you can hear everything and I mean EVERYTHING that goes on in the next room. Any sound above a wisper can be heard.

Loved the friendliness of the staff. Couldn't be more helpful! Love the rustic style of the hotel, and of course, nothing beats the porch of the Wesley!

The showers are a bit small. And wi-fi signal was very weak in the second building.

    location, elegance of lobby

leaking toilet and shower, very wobbly toilet (I'm lightweight), like it would come off the wall, no continental breakfast for the price, and no bathroom vanity.. just a tiny sink to balance things on
