The Westin Portland    

Spa. Loved the room and large bathroom. Loved the robe, wore it every day. Bed was comfortable. Loved that the window opened. Staff was great!! The valet team were helpful, fast and very professional and easy to talk with.

Parking was expensive at the hotel and having to pay for Internet in the room.

Modern decor; daily grill had a nice ambiance and a good happy hour; bell captains/door attendants were very helpful; great downtown location

Very thin walls so every noise in the hall and from next room could be heard; traditional room was quite small; front desk was friendly but didn't offer information (E.G., a map at check in would have been helpful -- we didn't think to ask until the last day!)

I liked that the staff was so available.

I really dislike giving us the signs to call off housekeeping and saying it will help the environment. I think you just don't want to pay your housekeepers.

The Hotel itself is beautiful, the staff is outstanding, we especialy loved Cord, our valet he was the best!

Our room was small compared to The Westin in Seattle and the entire facility was lower in quality. We would not stay again at the 185 price.

Good location, close to max train, clean, comfortable,quiet

Hard to beleive that in 2013 some hotels will charge you for wi-fi. When you pay more than $200.00 for your room you should not have to pay for such a basic service. The price for parking your car at the hotel is $35.00 per day, way to much.

Lovely hotel with wonderful staff....

It was New Year's Eve and they only had one lift working for a 19 story hotel. Long queues and waits to get up and down to the room..

Perfectly located in the heart of downtown on a less busy street than Broadway. Room 1107 was well appointed and look to be recently updated with a more modern style. This room in particular is nice because it has a different layout than the standard hotel layout. Felt a little bit more roomy.

Only two elevators and seemed to be on the slow side. Not a huge deal though,

It is absurd to add a $12.95 per day charge for wireless. This gives me the feeling of gouging and is unfair and not consistent with most other hotels.

Location was perfect and metrolink was very convenient to/from airport.

Garbage/recycling trucks in early morning make lots of noise (loud breaking glass noise!!).

The staff was friendly and helpful. The parking staff was awesome. I arrived there Friday and Friday night a problem occurred with my car which ended up being fairly bad. The staff went out of their way to help me out. They where awesome to work with to resolve the problem.

We only traveled for one night to see a play that was located near the Westin. Your staff were always very friendly. We loved your hotel restaurant. I had taken my daughter to celebrate her 21st birthday. The hotel was lovely and near where we needed to be. I especially loved that you have a recycle garbage can in the rooms. Never seen this before.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds and the shower in the room were amazing. Best location for a hotel since it is walking distance to most attractions and shopping.

Wonderful city center location and excellent service at hotel. Will stay there again next time in Portland.
