The staff did not tell us any information about parking. They did not tell us if we do not use the valet we have to pay each time we move the car. I even ask that if it is possible to park on the street in front of the hotel and they told me that they even do not know the parking regulation in NJ. They were not helpful at all. we could have parked on the street and skip paying 22$ per night. |

Nice and clean room, wide two double bed room, relatively inexpensive. Their parking lot has a big problem. They mistakenly register my room number for somebody else's overnight parking. The hotel is close to the shopping mall, I guess the visitor of the mall has parked under my room number, and the hotel do not confirm the name of the person when they take the valet. When I checked out, they kept doubt about me if I was telling the truth, which was very unconfortable, and reduce my satisfaction to this hotel from 100% to 50% in the last 30 minutes of checkinf out. |

Just one station away from Manhattan but much more reasonable than the hotels in Manhattan. The room was very modern and clean. I really enjoyed to stay there. |

It is the best option to visit nyc: the location is great (2 min walk to the path Pavonia/Newport station that connects New Jersey and Manhattan!), the area is very safe and quiet and the price is reasonable. Breakfast ridiculously expensive. No free wi-fi in the room (that is common but shouldn't be that way). No toothbrush included. Their website does not include information about how to get the hotel via public transportation. Advice: never take a cab from Manhattan or jfk -it will be extremely expensive because of the change of state. Take the path to cross the Hudson. |

Close access to Manhatten via the path railway system. Modern rooms, comfortable beds, wonderful shower. Usual overpriced food/drink in mini-bar, and very high call charges to use the phone (we didn't but saw the rates and were shocked). Parking should be cheaper for hotel guests. |

The staff was very pleasant and professional. The room was beautiful, neat and comfortable; it was the fanciest hotel I've ever stayed at, so I was quite impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the entire hotel. I arrived at the hotel in Jersey City at 1:30 am after driving all day from Maine and just wanted to get to my room, so parked in the garage next to the hotel, assuming that it was part of the hotel and parking would be a free service. When I checked in, the desk associate was very nice and asked if I had valet service. When I told him I parked in the garage, he mentioned that I should keep my ticket, to present later to pay. I was tired and didn't question it. Later, a friend came to see us at the hotel and used the valet service, and didn't have to pay anything extra for it. I was quite upset and a bit angry to think that I had to pay $44 for two days to park my car near the hotel. They won't let me type anymore . . .. |

The location is very nice. It was so expensive to do internet. It should be free in the guest rooms. Moreover, parking costs another fee. The bathroom door in my room didn't open easily. |

The staff was incredibly friendly and accomodating. Facilities were spotless and immaculate. We traveled with a dog and that was not an issue whatsoever. One of the best hotel experiences in a long time |

It is very close to shopping Mal, Path to go to New York. If the weather was good it is a nice place for walk close to the Hudson River. In general we had a good time. The staffs are very friendly. Thank you. Yes, Our room was not ready on Sunday when we came back around 5:20pm - that is not a good image. We were tired and wants to rest but we waited in the coridor until the leady finish cleaning. (It was our second night) |
