The modern design of the room and the city view!

The beds were fabulous. I just didnt want to get out of it. Restaurant great. Staff very friendly. Remembered us every day.

Hotel is located in Jersy City in a beautiful and quiet area.The newport metro station is less than 150m far from the hotel and by using metro you can reach time square area within half an hour. Also there are some big shopping malls near the hotel. The rooms are beautiful and clean.Wifi internet in lobby is free of charge which is a bonus.Hotel staff are friendly and cooperative.

Beds were comfortable. Staff was good. Valet parking was on point. Facilities clean. Good security.

It would've been nice to have a microwave in the room.

a bit pricey if you're coming in from outside the area. You're paying New York City rates for basically a view of and a subway ride to the City

They were super friendly! And so great to my dog. That's the reason we stayed there. By the end of our trip everyone knew Butters -- my dog. :)

Large room (jr suite), good view, coffee making facility, help from porter/door man. Nearby PATH station, shops and restaurants all good.

The tv didn't work and I asked for a room looking over manhattan which I never got

Staff was very friendly and the hotel was close to subway into the city.

The bathroom was very small - not much counter space. There were crumbs of food on the floor in our room.

It is very nice , new , clean , big room And the street on it have many options of resturant , gardens ......

The hotel is far from menhatens You can go only by PATH subway to Penn station....

location is very good. It's very convient to go Mahhanton . close to the Path station. close to the shopping mall. close to Newark international airport. you can use wifi in lobby.

The location was close enough to New York but quiet enough to relax.

Free WiFi in the rooms would be great, although it's available in the lobby. I did not get the room type I booked (third party room booking cannot be guaranteed)

The location. It's close enough to the airport and the city. There's not much to do at the airport and not too many places to go.

Had I known there was a Courtyard I would have stayed there instead. Not only because it is cheaper, but the service is great at the Marriott. I find that when I stay at a 5 star, the service at these "so called 5 star" hotels is real bad. I thought it might be a fake Westin and not a Westin at all. They could have fooled me.

The room was excellent; the staff nice and access to NYC was very easy via the ferry to Liberty Island and PATH train.

Our luggage was lost, and the staff did their best to help us. Convenient for NY Rooms are big enough Windows can be opened Good restaurants around and in the hotel Just by a shopping mall

Surrounding area is all very pleasant with the marina and shopping mall. Good restaurants close by and using the path train ($2 a journey) makes it a simple journey over to Manhattan. Excellent swimming pool and gym.

Slightly awkward to get to from jfk - easy from Newark.

Proximity to New York and to Hoboken where we have family

Hotel and area were clean and friendly. Close proximity to the path trains and therefore quick trip into New York City.
