- very conveniently located from the airport - frequent shuttle bus service to the airport (every 15 minutes) - good value for money - poor service (long line & unprofessional staff) at the counter

One thing I want to say is booking processing. I'm not sure whose fault. But, my name was not in check-in list when I checked in. I should call booking.com twice and wait almost one hour to confirm.

The comfort of the bed was the only thing we enjoyed. I did not like the fact that I was over charged by several hundred dollars and still have not been refunded. For the amount of money spent on the room I feel parking and WiFi should be included. We will never stay at a Westin Hotel again.

Mutton dressed up as lamb. This hotel is old and dated. Giving the room a new shower head and Westin sheets does not make it Westin Standard. Really disappointing and below expectations.

Whilst the concierge service was exceptionally good, little could be said for the bar staff who would notice your arrival but continue to chat to known locals until they felt ready to serve. After arriving around 11.00pm in the evening, being canvassed to join your program is a little over the top. Please remove us from email canvassing

Nice and close to LAX which is the reason we chose this hotel. Fantastic restaurant downstairs which we dined at during our stay. Great hotel staff, and free airport shuttle to Lax.

Loved the size of the room and the location. Great, helpful staff. Room service was quick and my soup was hot when it arrived as well as the bread being warm!!! Great deal through booking.com I would definitely stay with you again!! I would have liked to have a mini fridge in the room.
