Fantastic value during the early off season in the month of May. Not too hot yet, but almost! Everything is provided for total self contained housekeeping and meal prep (fridge, utensils, pots&pans etc, dishwasher, countertop stove, microwave, no oven, some units but not ours have a personal patio bbq). There is nothing not to like about these units with consideration to the price. Bonus: the community of Rancho Mirage is a beautifully designed "future proof" community with wide new boulevards, bike paths, and shopping plazas.

Everything, except the parking charge. I thought that was a bit strange. Other hotels in the area do not charge for parking. My room rate was reasonable so I didn't complain, but I could barely find a spot and then got charged for it...Not good. Parking charge

Responsive staff. Manicured grounds. Well laid out. Exceptional BBQ areas. Room was not to my expectations. Dishwasher was broken. Refrigerator doors were loose and did not seal properly. Maintenance perfromed repairs which were suitable however the room should have been inspected prior to my arrival. Room was not cleaned until 5 PM most days meaning we had to wait outside until staff were finished cleaning.

We loved the pool setting. My kids and I had everything we needed to enjoy our time. Check in..... It seems as if the room is never ready!! And you feels as if you're being kicked out first thing in the morning!!!

The grounds, the poolside service, the restaurants, the tennis facility. Wireless availability. The deluxe villa needs serious renovation and is not well represented on the website. We were very disappointed upon entering our room. The restaurant service was marginal at best, not reflected in the high prices. The food was good though. We would not stay at the villas again, we would stay at the hotel though.

Rented a cabana and we felt that $99 was a very fair price for the day. Parking was a problem. Not enough spaces. Our room was never cleaned on the 3 day, even though I called the express line to tell them we were leaving for the day and would be gone until fairly late in the evening. Not fun to come back to a dirty bathroom.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié cet hôtel qui dispose du confort absolu pour qq jours. Bien place, il est à proximité des autres "villes" au alentours, et le service concierge vous donnera toutes les explications dont vous aurez besoin. Le moteur de clim dans le plafond peut gêner une personne qui dormirai dans le couchage du salon. Par contre pratiquement inaudible dans la chambre.
